Quality Pool Care has maintained my pool for the past two years, and it has never looked better. The water sparkles, no algae and I've been very pleased with the affordable, consistent and friendly service. Tim has been prompt in providing answers to any questions, is knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. Undoubtedly the best service I've had in 15 years owning this pool. I would highly recommend Quality Pool Care.

I recently used Quality Pool Care for a significant pool renovation, and the results were amazing. They completely transformed my old, outdated pool into a modern and luxurious oasis. Their team of experts worked hard to make sure that every detail, from the tiles to the lighting to the landscaping, was perfect. I couldn't be happier with the results, and I highly recommend Quality Pool Care to anyone in need of a pool renovation.

This guy is amazing, called him for first time for service, left a message, he called back within 10min, he took time to listen to repairs I had already made, he made recommendations over the phone, some of which prevented potential health risks, his recs fixed the issue and he didn't even charge me for the phone consult. His patience, knowledge, and professionalism is far beyond all pool places we have dealt with over the years, we are so glad we found him, Quality Pool Care is who you want to take care of you and your family when it comes to your pool needs.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I've had Tim as our pool guy for a little over a year. And in that year he has struggled to keep our pool clean. I paid him $160/mo and he shows up for 10 mins tops to skim and sometimes brushes, that's it. I've checked the chemical levels a day after he services the pool and on numerous occasions there is no chlorine and the other chemicals are out of balance. In fact, in order to have the pool look half way decent, I've been the one to add chemicals throughout the week. He dismisses it by saying I have a difficult pool. He calls himself a professional and says he's been doing it for many years, yet he can't give any guidance on how to fix things and maintain a clean pool.

My wife called the office to make a complaint and Tim was extremely rude to her. He yelled at her and was condescending. This is unacceptable behavior and anything but professional. You do not talk to your clients this way, it is completely disrespectful. If you are considering Quality Pool Care, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Roger and Randy were on time, did a great job, and were able to accomplish the work in a timely manner. We had them clean all our exterior windows and our solar panels. I will definitely use them again!

Highly recommend! Randy and Roger did an exceptional job cleaning the exterior of our home. They were here early and worked hard for several hours to get the job done. Our house and solar panels haven’t looked this good in a very long while.

Not only did I find a reputable company, I was also reminded that there are honest and hardworking business owners who want to ensure customer satisfaction. Just like we wash our cars and take care of ourselves, having my house washed was a great reminder to do that too.

Randy and Roger spent about 6 hours removing cobwebs and grime that accumulated over the years. I wish I had taken pictures before the wash as it was remarkable to see the difference.

Great service! They did our neighbor’s roof and then mine. There is a great warranty on their work. It’s a very professional crew, who work hard and are very friendly and easy to work with. They protected my home and animals. Mold can deteriorate your clay roof it’s worth the investment to have them inspect and protect it. I highly recommend this service and particularly the Tiki service.

Had my solar panels cleaned and I could not be happier! The house as a whole looks so much cleaner now that the solar panels look brand new, my solar output went up almost 30% from the previous day ( hadn't had my solar panels done in 3 years and they were extremely dirty). Randy and Roger were extremely nice guys and explained the whole process and eased my concerns about it affecting the panels warranty. Could not recommend this service and these guys more.
