I have used Semper Solaris for multiple installations and have recommended to all my friends that are in the market for Solar Panels, Powerwalls (Battery Backup) or A/C's and Furnaces. They've always sent our polite and professional teams that are very knowledgeable in what they're doing. Are they perfect, no not really, but neither is any installation company out there. They stay in constant communication with me via phone and text messages so that I always know the progress of my project. I have had Solar Panels, two Power Walls and 2 A/C's installed by Semper Solaris and if I move I know that I will be using them for installations at the new residence as well. In the meantime I will be recommending them to everyone who asks me for advice.

The crew managed by Angel and Chris are truly the A Team. They were prompt every day, professional, caring, friendly and respectful. They did an amazing job--the system works perfectly and looks great! I can't remember everyone's name but I truly hope they will all receive extra special kudos in their employment file for the wonderful work they did for us. Semper Solaris rocks!!

Just got off a call with Josh at Semper Solaris and he made the experience a very great one. He answered all my questions and got my repair started very quickly. Can’t praise Josh enough for making my call efficient and reliable.

The customer service is awesome and the crew not only was very careful with all of the materials as they were bringing them through my home. They would clean up each day after themselves and most of all they took their time to do the job (completely new HVAC system) right with excellent service. I also was informed of every step of the project by Angle and the crew.

This installer is perfect when it comes to customer relations, he answers all questions and makes sure the customer is satisfied.

That service agent was amazing he was very friendly prompt with information he was clarified all my answers he was very understanding helpful and very direct of what I needed he also didn't try to upsell me anything he was amazing I would work with him anytime again

Great experiences with this company. Used then for Solar install and HVAC services, both were great experiences. Highly recommend. My latest HVAC service the tech, Brian was awesome.

Purchased home with product installed. Needed customer service help to learn how to use mgmt system. Josh was extremely helpful and professional. My interaction with him has helped improve my impressions of service and support departments. He’s a good example for others.

The team, Chris and Armondo, did an excellent job with the project. They were always on time and exceptionally professional. They always kept us informed about were thru were in the project, the status of the work and plans. We loved their attention to detail as well. Always love working with Semper Solaris.

Be careful signing anything with these guys. Horrible rats nest of a job. My system is only producing half of what I use so I am still paying Edison 600$ a month. I can't say enough about what a mess it is working with them. I had to babysit every single step. Good luck you have been warned.

Technician was great! Explained everything very well and showed us both the good and the bad with our system. Did not come in to try and sell us on a bunch of stuff but gave us an honest inspection.

I’ve worked with Semper Solaris for several years and continue to be impressed by their professionalism, honesty, and customer care. When a recent issue arose with my electrical panel, Jesus and Terrance handled it with transparency and integrity. They took the time to investigate, clarify the situation, and ensure I fully understood what had happened. Even though the problem turned out to be unrelated to the solar system, they still went above and beyond—personally fabricating and sending replacement solar decals for my new panel at no charge.

This level of service is consistent with every experience I’ve had with Semper Solaris. In the past, they promptly reimbursed me for loss of solar production and replaced faulty equipment without hesitation. Their dedication, responsiveness, and commitment to doing the right thing make them a company I completely trust and highly recommend.

I am very pleased with the technical service I received from Angie Corsaro. I was initially wary of having a successful outcome using telephone support rather than in person support but I was wrong. She not only verbally walked me through the process but she sent detailed instructions via text and followed up twice over the phone to ensure my system was up to par. Great job Angie, thank you.
