They do excellent work. Jose Guerrero was especially helpful. The workers were polite and professional, and the installation went well.

Carlos Icaba the electrician did an excellent job installing the wiring and piping. The two men who installed the panels also did a masterful job. I am so sorry I forgot their names, I truly wanted to mention and recognize those young man.

For the second time in two years my inverter has gone out. The first time I was unaware that I would not be notified by the company if anything breaks-I lost a month and a half of prime summer solar. I check my production myself regularly now and realized my solar had stopped working AGAIN. After being bounced around from person to person for two weeks and being told to turn it off and turn it back on several times, someone finally called back to schedule a tech to come out. Apparently the soonest they can come is in a month, and that is only to determine what’s wrong! I am going to lose an ANOTHER entire summer of solar production. When I stated this they were completely unapologetic and just said that they are very busy with repairs, and did I want the appointment or not. They said if I didn’t accept this timeline then quote “you are going to have to wait even longer.” My system cost $22,000 and is supposed to have a warranty for 25 years on all parts. What good is this so called amazing warranty if the system goes down all the time and the company refuses to come and fix the problem?????

The roofers came out and took the old roof off and put the new on in a timely matter and we're very professional. Cleaned up after each day of work very well.

Great job on cleaning and maintaining hvac unit. Very knowledgeable service tech did great and detailed job

Erica Powell went above and beyond and explained everything from start to finish and educated me to understand what my needs are regarding my solar and my HVAC system in order for me to be more energy efficient and cost effective.

"Sirenna provided exceptional customer service! She was very attentive, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!"

Angie C. Was very knowledgeable and helpful, I'm very satisfied with her assistance

The additional panel installation done by Michael was competently completed and well executed. The added electrical installation completed by Jesus & Victor was "professionally" completed beyond all expectations. Highly competent and personally concerned with any and all questions/concerns that I might have had with panel connections or connections to SCE. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Semper Solaris ANY TIME to ANYONE interested in owning a Solar System or HVAC!!!

We had solar put on our house last year by Semper Solaris, and the process was absolutely great. Alaxander Darr was the sales specialist that we worked with. We never had to worry about anything, Alexander took care of everything. Thank you for the excellent service.
