Thomas is punctual , professional, pleasant, and easy to interact with. He’s knowledgeable ( and loves what he’s doing) about trees, and makes recommendations for treating them, and explains how and why.. He’s happy to answer all questions thoroughly. I had made an appointment with him for our ornamental pear tree that’s diseased, but when I asked about our lemon tree, he was happy to give a free consult.( he said “I love looking at trees.” We then scheduled for a day for removing the dry limbs of the pear tree. Although there was a bit of confusion first as which house they needed to go, ( my information was mixed with someone else) but once it was straightened up, the appointment went very smoothly. He and his helper George( who is also very pleasant) did a great job. And, cleaned up afterwards, took out all the green waste. I highly recommend him,, and will ask for his help in the future. He’s a wonderful asset for our Redlands community.

Cambium helped us keep our project moving... QUICKLY. We were in need of an arborist report to help our clients keep their home project on track. I called Thomas on a Monday. Steven quickly scheduled a site visit and had our report back Thursday. Steven helped immensely with his communication and follow up once we had our report submitted. Cambium will be my go to from here on out!

Thomas and Kelly came out the same day I asked for a consultation. The health and stability of my 2 very large cypress trees needed review. They were friendly, polite, and clearly knowledgeable. I felt confident in their opinions, especially as Thomas has formal education in the science. They are clearly dedicated to the preservation and health of the trees, so much so that they talked themselves out of a job! No need to remove or cut the trees! I was given information about their tree maintenance service. I was happy to find this company for future needs.

Thomas provided amazing communication and service! He also is very knowledgeable arborist and explained his pruning process very well when I asked. Very passionate and you can tell he loves what he does! He explained the best way for our tree to be maintained since half of it fell down during a storm a while back. Ruben is truly a hero! A kitten was stuck in our tree 50 feet up, and none of the local tree trimmers were willing to rescue her. Ruben immediately offered to help, and for such an affordable price. He skillfully managed to get her down safely. We ended up keeping the cat, and we are so grateful for his bravery, skill, and generosity 🙏🏼

They don't show when they make an appointment for an estimate. The don't call back on follow inquiries. Find someone reliable.

I had 8 stumps to be removed and they quoted a good price for removal. Very speedy and professional work! I would use them again with no problem!

Did an excellent job at removing our tree in which was growing to close to the house which was nerve wrecking they removed it with no damage to any parts of my property and ensured me if i wasnt happy with the fepth of the stump grinding after i leveled the dirt then they would come back and make it right. Super glad i used this company. And price was totally fair.
