Our water heater stopped working not long after we moved into our new place in Redlands, but thankfully we had a warranty. The warranty company’s usual plumbers were all booked up, so we got to choose our own. We first tried another plumbing company, but they took forever to get back to us and only wanted to charge us directly, not work with our warranty—definitely not what we were told. It was pretty stressful! Then a friend recommended another local plumber, and the very next day Jacob came out and got our water heater running again. He was really friendly, explained everything in simple terms (which helped since I’d never dealt with a water heater before), and even worked with us on a payment plan that fit our budget. It was such a relief to find a plumbing company in Redlands that truly cares about its customers. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing a great plumber!
After a big family gathering, I accidentally clogged the toilet really badly. I tried using a store-bought drain cleaner, which did clear the clog, but then my pipes started leaking. Thankfully, I called a local plumbing company! They provided excellent service and quickly replaced my old pipes. The plumber who helped me, Jacob, was not only skilled but also very entertaining—he played the accordion and performed the 'Plumbers Polka' for me. I was so impressed, I even booked him for another family event. I highly recommend this plumbing company and will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs!
I highly recommend this plumbing service. I had a problem with the 'heat trap,' a small steel pipe on top of my water heater that started leaking due to corrosion. After calling several plumbing companies, I found most had high flat fees just to come out. This company, however, only charged a fair travel fee and billed for parts and labor in short increments, which I appreciated. Jacob and his team arrived quickly, within an hour. Jacob checked out the water heater, clearly explained the issue and what needed to be done to fix it. The repair took about 45 minutes, and the total cost was very reasonable. The leak was fixed fast and the service was professional. Problem solved!
Zachary and Jacob came out to Redlands to install a new shower for me. They were friendly and professional from start to finish. Since my house is older, it can be tricky to fit modern plumbing fixtures into the existing spaces. While working, Zachary explained that there was a 2x4 right in the middle of where the faucet should go, so he would need to adjust the placement a bit. He listened to my concerns and took extra time to come up with a better solution, carefully cutting into the 2x4 so the faucet could be centered just right. I really appreciated that he wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with my new shower. There were also some gaps and uneven spots due to the way the house was built, but Zachary explained everything clearly and walked me through the options before doing any work. This is my second time using their plumbing services, and I wouldn’t call anyone else. They’re dependable, clear about their pricing, and always do a great job. Highly recommend.
we've had a plumber come out to our older home in redlands for a few different plumbing jobs, and every time we've been really happy with the work. today, clinton and jacob replaced our sewer line and did a fantastic job—they explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all our questions. we highly recommend this plumbing service to anyone who needs help with their pipes or drains. we also had a clogged kitchen sink over the weekend, and when we called first thing monday morning, benjamin and jacob arrived within a couple hours and got it working again quickly. great service all around!
My mother's kitchen sink started leaking, and since we were new to the area, we didn't have a go-to plumber yet. After checking some online reviews that looked promising, I gave them a call. The person who answered, Benjamin, was really helpful and friendly, and understood that we needed someone quickly. He was able to send Jacob over in less than 30 minutes, which was amazing. Jacob called ahead to let us know he was on his way and even shared his estimated arrival time. Once he arrived, he checked out the leak, explained what was wrong, and gave us the choice of using their parts or getting our own. I appreciated that flexibility, but went with their Moen parts, which were exactly what I would have chosen myself. Jacob gave us a clear quote upfront, and their pricing was very fair compared to others in the area. He did a thorough job installing the new faucet, cleaned up the workspace, and took the time to walk my mom through how to use everything. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. We’re glad to have found a trustworthy plumbing service for the future!
