Company scheduled an appointment for a quote this morning at 9:00 am through home advisor. Nobody showed up. Calls to the company go straight to full voice mail. No textable number is available. Likely not accepting new customers.

I always look to choose and support local businesses from the community. I made a huge error in choosing Rush to solve some issues for my Mom. Mom is 83 and was moving to a home she had purchased nearly 30 years ago, so I wanted to be sure all the plumbing, HVAC, water heating and furnace were operable. Rush was non-responsive unless I hounded them. And this was just for a service call and quote from the owner Mike..by the way we never got that quote. So, finally they showed up to assess one of the services we needed, my Mom's cooler. One of Mike's managers, Rodney sent Isaac to inspect the unit for work. After a very quick house call, Isaac declared the cooler operable. Really??? No belts, pads and other items needed after 30 years. Nope, according to this expert, all was fine. So, we turned it on and it wasn't fine. it did not blow cool air, to the contrary, just hot air. Much like Isaac's hot air assessment. We called and spoke again with Rodney about the issue, and he said that it wasn't working optimally because of the heat...um, excuse me, but isn't that what a cooler is for, to cool the home in hot temps? Thinking Rodney's statement absurd, we called another party in and they confirmed what we had already figured out...the unit needed cleaning, belts, pads and other work. So needing to keep my Mom cool, we hired this firm. And it immediately worked perfectly. In fact, her home cools very quickly. Based upon the results, we hired this other firm on-the-spot for all other needed services, which were complete in 2 days So, back to Mike and Rush. I told him his team was incompetent and dishonest regarding the work, and therefore we expected a refund for the work they charged my Mom but DID NOT perform. Mike said Mom would have the refund in 2 days...guess what...again they deceived her. No refund, no honest work and no communication. How can someone prey on an 83 old woman? I guess that's how some companies roll. I say yes to supporting local businesses, and an emphatic NO to using this one, Rush Plumbing. I am confident there is a special place in the next world, a very hot place, reserved for folks that rip off seniors. Hope your HVAC skill sets don't fail you there.

My AC broke during a very hot day and I immediately contacted Rush Plumbing, Heating and Air for help. They assisted me and set up an appointment for my service. My water heater broke and was flooding my home, I decided to give Rush Plumbing, Heating and Air as they came highly recommended by our neighbor. My plumber arrived right away, he was professional and replaced the water heater without any issues. He even helped us clean the place. Would highly reccomend this Yucaipa plumbing company.

I had an irrigation leak of 6 gallons a minute. They called ahead to let me know they were on the way. Called during the work to let me know they were working on it. Called when the job was completed. Not even 3 hours. Great customer service, I highly recommend!

Called them told them my heater was not getting hot. Asked them if they could also service it. They came out the heater was working when he came off the roof. Claimed he tapped the valve and it turned on. Said we needed a valve and to replace it and service the unit it would be 1,000.00 dollars. After he left my worker went back up and the guy just turned on the valve we have before and after pictures. He had told the valve was 500.00 dollars. We found it on Amazon for 190.00.
This guy claimed he was the supervisor. Do not trust these guys.
