Charged me 280 dollars and didn't get the job done because they came with the improper tools for the job.

I had something very odd happen. I think they sent somebody on a bicycle who was clearly high with a red face and spitting all over the place who showed up about 10 minutes early at first then said he had to make a phone call and left. He never introduced himself so Im not sure if they sent him or if it was somebody trying to rob me that got scared away by my dogs.

Then Ray showed up later. Ray was nice, and he tried to do the job, but in reality he just didn't have the proper tools. The rods on his brush were too short for my vent so he tried to clean it from both sides thinking the dryer would blow the lint out once he broke it loose. Instead what he did was push all the lint in my dryer duct to a central location making my clog worse. He tried to say the vent was detached under the house or collapsed and that wasn't his job. He wouldn't leave til I paid him the ridiculous estimate of $280 which I thought was very steep but was willing to pay at first even though I knew it was a ripoff just so I didn't have to go buy the stuff and do the job myself and i wanted my dryer operational asap. All he did was make the problem worse causing a total blockage in my dryer vent buy pushing lint from the dryer and then from the outside to the center of the duct sandwiched together.

I ended up having to go to home depot and buy the tools and do it myself after he left. Of course before going to home depot I had to crawl under the house to see if there was anything wrong with the duct work since he insisted it was damaged or disconnected and that was why air would not flow through it anymore. The duct work was fine. I bought 2 12 foot push poles with a brush on the end and pushed the giant wad of lint through to the outside myself clearing the clog.

Don't hire these people. The price is high, but I'm not even mad about that. The real frustration for me was that I hired professionals to do a job paid them a ridiculously high price and then still had to do it myself because they tried to do the job, but only made things worse instead.

EDIT to add they responded 10 months later with a blatant lie. These people should be shut down. I have venmo transactions and and phone records. Dont use these guys. Their pricing is very scammy the way it changes, and on top of that they dont even get the job done and will refuse to leave until you pay then.

Tech shows up with a home depot shop vac and a brush...charges an enormous ammount of money for a 90 minute job....fool me once....shame on you....stay away from these people.

The intricacies of cleaning a vent wis really not easy but Brandon and his team make it look so easy. I am very happy to have used their services. My vents are now spotless and they also taught me how to maintain it properly. Big salute to Brandon’s dryer Vent and Air Duct Cleaners!!!!

The techs were right on time when they arrived and they worked really fast and thorough around the house.
