Is there a heater company that can actually diagnose and repair an "old" heater from 1978? It's found! Two times in 30 years, my heater has failed. Two times, the repair companies I contacted told me that I would have to buy a brand new heater between $3,000-$4,000. The first fix (2004) was for a motor. Now it's the blower. The vents now have a much stronger airflow. I urge you to keep using your old heater! :
