Hours say they open at 530, have been “on hold” for over 30 mins at 7am to speak to an actual human. Work for a civil construction company who spends millions a year just on material and I can’t get a sales rep on the phone when I need one.

Not one employee came up to offer help and there were many on their computers. That being said, I did ask one girl for help and she was super helpful and attentive. They also have a great selection of products so it is a nice place to look at.

We visited Ferguson on Marine Ave to look for a replacement of our old Delta shower set. Paola helped us by showing possible alternatives and narrowing down selections based on our preferences (type, color, water pressure, shape design, etc.) and compatibility with the existing plumbing system. She was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. She spent over an hour with us going through the whole process, and in the end, she spotted a tiny incompatibility of a diverter setup that cannot be fixed unless we commit to a larger renovation project (tearing down the wall/tile). We ended up deciding to stick with the existing shower set for now, but Paola was still sincere and very helpful with our questions on much smaller items over email communications afterwards. We would definitely come back to Paola when we go for the new shower set.

Tried to contact the vendor online to replace two bathroom sink drains, on warrantee, that were collecting mold. No response.
When to the store and Oscar L. immediately called the vendor and I was sent two new sink drains.

Unfortunately I have to write a very bad review. The showroom and selection is great, the team and organization seems very nice but when it came to getting our order and the follow up it is very unprofessional: we ordered all new faucets, shower and appliances for our house- shower trims were ordered wrong and after weeks of back and forth we had missed inspections and items were on backorder. Faucet handles that are malfunctioning did not get replaced but the „ team is working on getting a solution from the manufacturer „ for weeks I have to push every day for follow up. We get wrong parts delivered and not picked up - even with a field rep coming out.

Javier was really professional.. Found the problem and was able to fix it.. He also came in short notice in a tiny window I had at home before I had to leave.. I would totally call them again.. Javier is the best, and very knowledgeable...

Javier is the man. From plumbing to every other taask that I had at my house. Not only does he go out of the way to get things done, he is a perfectionist of his own craft. He is his biggest critic, which is genuine.

Having that being known, as a homeowner, Javier gets every call for any job needed. If he can't do it, he always has a recommendation or someone to refer.

Straightforward, simple, got the job done for my clogged kitchen sink and no mess. My roommate coordinated the meet with the plumber, but the fact that they let me pay with my card while at work and didn’t haste me constantly was amazing. Would recommend again.

I called the usual plumber that my landlord has me use, but they couldn't send anyone out until the following afternoon, and also said it sounded like the main line was clogged and that there probably wasn't anything they could do about it (and they didn't suggest anything off the bat until I prodded). I found these guys on my own on Google Maps. They sent a very friendly professional out within 30 minutes! Good thing too- I needed to do laundry for work for the next day. Highly recommended!

This is the worst plumbing company you can call. I had a Service call courtesy my home warranty company. The first time my plumber Matt came he did not diagnose the problem properly. He did one leak detection while they were multiple leaks. On top he calls the insurance company and says we have mold. Then he gives me his friends number who can do mold removal. We get an independent inspection at our cost and found no mold. Then he tells the insurance company that we have a faulty valve which had to be repaired at a cost of $575 (add-on business). Come to find out there is no valve leak. These guys are masters bate and switch. Want to come in your house and find unrelated problems and put doubt in homeowners head and give every reason for the insurance company to deny claim. If you have first American and get referred to Fix-It-All Plumbing services avoid at all cost. I will be reporting them to Plumbing Licensing board.
