A neighbor referred me to Shamrock and I'm beginning to think the neighbor doesn't like me. This company is frustrating... had them come to fix a few plumbing issues and only 1 of 4 issues got fixed. I keep calling and texting different employees about the other issues and I never get a straight answer. Nearly 2 months and still a leaky toilet and shower. So over this place.

They stopped responding to my calls and text messages. Paul and Luis separately came to assess our home which probably needs to be completely re-piped, but neither ever gave us an estimate and now NO responses at all for 3+ weeks. I am sad to have to go to another plumber as they have been lovely to work with in the past (which is why they get more than 1 star). :(

I am so glad I found Shamrock Plumbing. My elderly parents have had two recent plumbing problems. Of course, they call me to deal with it. Shamrock has been super impressive with their response time, professionalism, and price. My mother has had nothing but great things to say about them, and they get the job done right. So the Gas Company shut off my gas due to a leak on my side of the meter. So it is my responsibility. No hot water and you know the rest.
Called Shamrock, I have used them before. They came out and assessed the problem. Monday morning a crew shows up does simply an amazing job. Dug out, cut pipe and everything.
The problem was a rusted fitting. Not an easy repair, but they did it and perfectly.
If you are looking for a group of hard working and nice people you can not beat this company. I would Highly recommend them for plumbing repairs anytime. They do stay busy so you might have to call and talk to them. Trust me it's worth it.
