Needed a part for a water heater. Googled "plumbing supply" and followed directions to... HIS HOUSE! Open 24 hours it says. I should have walked in and pulled the part I needed off his water heater. What kind of idiot puts his home address as a buisness address? Guess who I will never call with plumbing issues.

Great plumbers and company overall, they answered their phones during the holidays, showed up on time, let me know they were on the way and did an excellent job. If you have more than one project that needs help, have them do it all at once for a nice savings.

Donald has done 4 jobs for me since 2020, he recently installed a new toilet wax ring, he has also installed a laundry common line ties into main line drain, a hose bib and replaced double wye in wall for back-to-back sinks for my restrooms. He does excellent work.

I do not recommend. Technician did not have the proper tools to perform maintenance replacement. Cut the fixtures off. 30 to 60 minute task finished in 3.5 hours. Gave me estimate. However, he did not evaluate his tools, parts, and task. There was no plan of attack. He went off cuff. Do no harm first. Paying more does not translate to better care. I do not recommend.

We had problems with our water heater so the landlord call them for a replacement. They sent out a guy named Joey who was very helpful. Some of the existing connecting pipes were old so he even replaced those. He double checked everything before he left to make sure everything was all set and also answered any last minute questions I had.

Called for emergency plumbing service and was told by the operator or secretary that i would get a call back for service. Got no call back or anything. Not even to say they couldnt make it. Very unprofessional luckily i called the guys at Krovets contractor and plumbing. Even though they couldn't come right then, they stayed on the line until they found the next available plumber and my issue was resolved promptly the next morning. Will never call Mattucci Plumbing again if i need a plumber.

Arranged appointment to remove hot water tank, and to shut off faucet valves for remodel work to be done. Young man came alone, couldn’t do anything because he needed parts
( and apparently the parts place closes at noon on Saturdays), and a helper to lift water tank. He quoted me $2600 to come back Monday morning with an assistant and then to return 3 days later to hook everything back up. He sent me an agreement document to sign via email.
Clearly his price was OUTRAGEOUS! I found someone else to do the work for a total of $800!
Shame on Mattucci for having dishonest, dishonorable employees!

Mattucci plumbing has always been there to help me more times than I can count. From the very helpful Mike Fear the Operation Manager who schedules the appointments to my favorite plumber Victor Gutierrez. They are always on time and work is always done professionly and always fair priced. My parents, my brother and many of my friends use Mattucci Plumbing because of my referral. I highly recommend them.

Mike and Victor go far and beyond to me help when a plumbing emergency comes up. I have had many owning an older home. They get my 5 Stars.

Brandon from Mattucci came by and literally solved all our problems in about 15-20 minutes! We had a cracked main drain on our sink, a perpetually runny toilet and two clogged bathroom tubs. Our older duplex was a mess and needed upkeep our landlord never does and failed to tell us to do. Brandon educated us and pointed us towards simple and affordable solutions instead of upselling us - which is always a huge help, especially for renters who only want to invest so much into spaces they do not own. I would 100% recommend Mattucci and Brandon for any of your plumbing needs. Feel well taken care of and helped to the fullest. Thank you all!

Great 24/7 service. I got home at night and realized we had very little water pressure. Gave Mattucci a call and had a guy out to my house within one hour. He knew immeditaly what the problem was: the filter in my water heater was dirty, that was lowering the water pressure. They charged a very reasonable price. Perfect service, thank you Mattucci Plumbing!

The initial call my family made to this place was answered by a pleasant, professional sounding person, our questions were answered, and the price seemed fair so we made an appointment a week in advance. The day they were due to arrive about half an hour before our scheduled appointment we called to confirm and were told the plumber was "On his way." So we pulled up the toilet [they charge an additional $100.00 to do this] and cleared the bathroom. An hour and 15 minutes beyond our appointment time we called again to find out why no one had come yet. "He should've been there by now" is what we were told, no explanation or apology was offered. They said they would contact the plumber to see where he was and get back to us. We waited another hour, still no plumber and no call back from them. We waited as long as we did only because the reviews for this place are overwhelmingly positive. In our case, however, actions spoke much louder than words! Huge waste of time, so disappointing and particularly stressful for our 93-year-old mom. Really is a crapshoot finding a decent plumber these days, but we've crossed Mattucci off our list and will move on. Can't review a worker who doesn't show up, but your customer service is deplorable! Shame on you Mattucci Plumbing!

It is an old story...Christmas morning, guests coming in 3 hours and the kitchen sink is a mess. Mattucci to the rescue. They were very pleasant on the phone and contacted a plumber on my behalf and called me back to say they were on their way. Joshua was there within an hour and a half, remember it is Christmas morning...8am, and he was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and just a wonderful person. Very personable. He fixed us up in no time flat and at a VERY reasonable rate!!! He Saved Christmas 2018. I would recommend and use Mattucci for all my pluming needs. Thank you and Happy New Year.

We replaced all of our drainage pipes and Mattucci Plumbing was very competitive on their bid and very thorough in the paperwork estimate. The crew was extremely courteous and their work they did was excellent! They do a fabulous job and work very hard and have alot of integrity and are very honest! I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

They ONLY do smog checks there, meaning they want to pass you because they don’t fix problems there
