Luis came out and serviced our tankless water heater. He also installed a flow tech device. Luis seem to know his stuff. He was friendly and honest, and very knowledgeable. He also tried to fix our water softener that another company had installed a year ago. He took his time to explain everything, and that I appreciated. Will definitely use Monkey Wrench again when we are ready to invest in water softener.

Great experience with John At Monkey Wrench. I called in the morning. John came out same morning and repaired 2 wall heaters that needed service.
Also I had them out to my home to diagnose and repair my HVAC system that was not working. Came fast, diagnosed accurately and fixed it same day! Very professional and knowledgeable and reasonable as well! Definitely recommend!!

Luis was awesome. Showed up on time, even early, and was very clean with his work. While here, he offered to look at other items of my concern and was very thoughtful and respectful.

Today was just the faucet replacement but Monkey Wrench has been my plumber for a couple of years now and I am grateful for them. They are professional, skilled, timely, and gracious. Most recently Enrique has been doing the work and he is great. He knows his stuff, works quickly and cleans away any mess after. He also seems like a good guy. I trust what he tells me. Very happy.

Luis arrived right on time and immediately found the issue with our tankless water heater. He was friendly and had temporary and permanent options to solutions. We will call them back in the near future for a permanent solution.

Rick Aguirre was amazing. Easily the best plumbing experience I’ve had. He was extremely thorough and reviewed all my options before I decided on the new tank installation. He worked clean with his helper and was extremely courteous and professional. I’m so glad I called Monkey Wrench for my tank service.

Not the cheapest to go with BUT they are super professional / courteous / polite and knowledgeable on what the problem was and how to repair - replace the plumbing on the job.

David was the leader of the pack of technicians who came to install new HVAC system. Alex assisted in some difficult issues. The hardest working was Savonn. Linus was also assisting well. I would recommend Monkey Wrench because they didn't give up. Also able to negotiate financing. The office personnel very professional when answering phones.

David was very professional. He thoroughly checked my heater to be sure it was ready for the winter. I took his suggestion for payment that reduces the cost of this service for my heater and includes checking the air conditioner before summer next year. Thank you Monkey Wrench!!

After some really terrible plumber experiences, we have used Monkey Wrench several times now for various plumbing issues at our house. Our technician Eddie is fantastic - he always tries to find the most effective solutions and will sometimes recommend to NOT do something based on his professional experience (shocking from a residential contractor, I hope he doesn’t get in trouble for this). They’re not the cheapest guys out there, but I genuinely trust Eddie to make the best decisions for our house.

I’ve recommended them to several family members, and every person on staff has been unbelievably patient and honest. Even when they missed a service window, response was quick and rescheduled immediately. Thank you Monkey Wrench for making home repairs less stressful! We will be customers for a long time.

We love monkey Wrench, they are the best plumbers we've ever worked with. Every visit their service people have been courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful with explaining problems and solutions. I also appreciate that they will explain things more technically if you can understand it. Twice we've had servicemen come back after hours just to complete the project when they were scheduled to return the following day to finish, going above and beyond.
