This is the second time Nixon has serviced my water heater. He remembered details from the last visit and asked relevant questions about my unit. I hope he will always be the technician sent for service calls.

Came to check hvac and trouble shoot thermostat. Helpful and informed. No solutions yet. Will require follow-up.

Daniel and Eddie were amazing! I finally have found a fantastic electrician! Daniel came to my home diagnosed the problem (which was no easy task) after years of issues from previous electrician 🙄 returned the following day with reinforcements 😃 fixed my problem was quick, clean and polite! I had a very good experience with this business and technician Enrique R. Making an appointment was easy, they were also very communicative by text and phone calls about scheduling the appointment, including when the technician was arriving. I had issues with an old tankless water heater. The technician did a quick diagnosis (unit needed replacement) and provided options. Opted to get a new one installed. It was done quick and professionally installed. Courteous and professional service. I also got an invoice with detailed info. About the installation with pictures. I’d use them again for service no problem.

Rick Aguirre visited my home to do a full maintenance on the tankless water heater and to change the element in the pre-filter. And his work was thorough and complete. Rick really knows plumbing and that means a lot more than just water heaters. He does love to answer questions and he loves to teach. And he is honest and straight-forward. So it is always good to have him visit.

Rick from Monkey Wrench Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric came out today to fix a mess that one of the other plumbers left when the other installed a reverse osmosis unit under our sink. Rick is very knowledgeable and competent. The other guy originally installed the RO unit and didn't seat the garbage disposal properly so that water literally gushed and flooded the cabinet under the sink when we used the sink. We had some water damage in the cabinet under the sink as a result. But Rick went out of his way to make up for it, swapping out a RO faucet that we had ordered to replace the silver with a darker color, and he gave helpful hints for maintenance of plumbing as well. Rick's years of experience show and he is a credit to his company. It seems that the company needs to have better communication between Rick and the people he sends out on jobs, because the original installer also hadn't communicated with Rick about the configuration of the plumbing that Rick had spoken with us about when Rick originally sold us on having the plumbing work done by Monkey Wrench. They're not inexpensive, and in our case that didn't guarantee a quality installation initially. That is why, despite Rick's excellent service, I can only rate with a 3 star.

Luis was very pleasant and professional. He actively listened and understood my concerns and focused on the issues. Issues were resolved quickly. Also, Luis explained thoroughly and invited me to contact him with any future plumbing work. He was great! I appreciate attention to this matter.

Had a very positive experience with Ruben And was very impressed with the overall responsiveness of the company. We needed to get a new tankless water heater installed quickly, and Ruben gave thorough estimates and answered my questions, returning the next day to install the heater after I was able to quickly make arrangements with the company and to agree on a fair price Ruben was extremely courteous and friendly He didn’t try to “sell” us On more than we needed, but was very thorough with laying out all of the different options. The work was completed promptly and he made sure to check everything carefully before he and his colleague left the house I would definitely recommend “Monkey Wrench” Again And commend the company on their training Employees to provide such courteous and prompt service thank you for A job well done

Just finished a large plumbing project with Monkey Wrench. They replaced all of the original water pipes and drainage lines in my 73 year old house. During the installation, they found an unusual leak. They traced it back to an area that was not part of the original project - the bathroom that had been completely remodeled around 10 years ago. It’s a good thing they found it, or it would have caused more damage than it already had. The entire crew was professional, polite, helpful, and would answer any questions I would have. I trusted them enough that before the project was done, I increased the scope to include installation of a tankless water heater. If I had any problems with any parts of the project, they would immediately fix the issue. While there were many members of the crew, all of which did an excellent job, I would like to give a special shoutout to Abraham and Pete. I dealt with them the most during most of the project. I will definitely be using Monkey Wrench again.

Ozzy Juarez was very knowledgeable and professional. When he left my A/C was working perfectly and sitting here now in a cool home writing this review! I will return to Ozzy & Monkey Wrench for future concerns.
