We are so thankful for the team at BioClean. The entire family (including the dogs) regained their health after the friendly and respectful team did their inspection and remediation work. We are truly grateful!

I can't comment about the quality of the service because after leaving several messages with the lady who answers the phone, John never called me back. One star for customer service, especially when I asked the lady I have left several messages with you and John has not called me back, she says to me, "you don't have to be rude....." What? Rude? Not sure if this is answering service John has hired, but she is far from customer service.

No one could get the stains out of our doggie stained carpet until GOOD HOUSEKEEPING came along. And not only did they remove all stains, and it appears they are staying out for good, but they also cleaned our living room furniture and amazingly made eight year old furniture look brand new! I have never been inspired to write about a cleaning company till now. But Good Housekeeping does need to change their name. IT should be called GREAT HOUSEKEEPING : )

I highly recommend good housekeeping services. We had a leak we didn’t realize and ended up with mold in a bad way. I have asthma and bad allergies and I was really sick and couldn’t understand why. Almost right away I felt a difference and now a week later I’m feeling so much better. I appreciate their attention to detail and doing a great job.

I've been in the commercial real estate business for 38 years. In my time working with the biggest and most demanding tech companies in Silicon Valley who can afford the best and most expensive vendors, I've never come across a more knowledgeable, responsive and true professional than John and his team at Good Housekeeping. He has been cleaning all of the carpets in our mid-peninsula family home for over 10 yrs. Good Housekeeping got us through the slime craze with our daughter when she was young, thru puppy house breaking stage with our lab. Good Housekeeping really understands the chemistry involved in cleaning and protecting carpets. I whole heartedly and strongly recommend Good Housekeeping to family, friends and associates.

I can't say enough about John. We did an ERMI test that found a ton of mold in our house, for which we needed new flooring and opening up of sheetrock in various areas and cleaning. Not only did John essentially oversee, correct, and give feedback on contractors that our insurance had sent us (not affiliated with John) but he fumigated multiple times when necessary (we did fumigation on the cement under the old flooring and then new flooring was installed that brought some mold from the warehouses as well). He is very thorough, and very responsive in explaining steps, discussing options, offering options. He also limits the work to what needs to be done - other mold remediators just wanted to tear most of the house down without doing a single mold test. John tested each area to judge whether it needed remediation and if so, how much, and saved us over $100k by limiting to areas that actually had mold. He was flexible and understanding.

The compounds that he uses are also very effective. We needed mold remediation due to a neurological issue I had developed from mold, and quickly upon using his specialized solution by reactions at home decreased 3-4 fold (we couldn't go for fumigation immediately because of everything else that needed to be done, and this tided me over very very well). Very grateful to John for his help making my home safe for me.

I have been looking for help with a mold issue in my house for a few weeks now. I reached out to all the top vendors that deal in mold remediation looking for a mold assessment. I have been disappointed by all the vendors until i started dealing with John at Good Housekeeping. John has been doing this for many years and works very hard at finding the root cause of the issue= all the other vendors wanted to “patch things up” trying to find a short cut. John’s initial visit was very thorough, he looked through the entire house and his expertise was obvious. Once he started the treatment, he used tools and methods that none of the other vendors had even heard of. I cannot stress enough John’s expertise and dedication at getting the job done right, he goes above and beyond! Give him a call!

John is super personable, responsive, and thoroughly explains all of the silly questions from anxious person who knows very little about mold. Not once did I feel like he was condescending, nor that he was trying to upsell me like most many contractors do. He went above and beyond his scope of work - providing detailed product recommendations when prompted, adding on small additional services at no charge because he felt it was the right way to do a thorough job, and even going as far as to investigate a completely unrelated issue in my home weeks after he had completed his services for me. It was truly refreshing to work with someone as honest and good-willed as John! I would highly recommend him to anyone, and hope to refer to his expertise for any future issues that comes up.

I would give 10 stars if I could! I have the best things to say about John Watt and highly recommend him. We have 3 small children, one who was having health problems, and discovered that we had a hidden mold problem which was affecting my sons health. My father helped me research and interview a few different mold inspection and remediation companies (some highly reputable big companies and insanely $ here in Mill Valley) and we decided to work with John based off of a strong referral. And Im so glad we did!!!! John was above and beyond during the entire process, worked hard to find the source of the mold - from taking extra tests in our sons room knowing he was the one being affected -- to texting me back after work hours as I asked him questions on how to prepared our home for the remediation -- he shared so much helpful advice and guidance to ensure we properly remediate and prevent any mold coming back. And then the ultimate test was our final ERMIE results 6 weeks post remediation -- which was a perfect low and safe score -- he did it!!! The ERMIE test cant lie. Within a few weeks, my son is already so much better, its unbelievable -- When I shared this with John, he said that is the best part of his job :) He is truly a good person and does an excellent above and beyond job. During such a stressful and confusing time, Johns support and kindness was an unexpected quality that I truly appreciated and didn't realize I needed. I cannot recommend him enough!!!

I'm impressed beyond description by the service and attitude my family recieved from John, owner of the Good Housekeeping. In over 30 years I live in this country I never received so much attention and such a quality work from a hired contractor. If you are looking for mold remediation- don't look any further. John was amazing to work with! He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and was willing to work with me to investigate the cause of our mold issue and find a cost effective remediation strategy. I would highly recommend John and Good Housekeeping/BioClean!

My family was suffering from none stop stuffy noses, coughing, headache, red eyes and we figured it had something to do with our home. John searched our whole house and found large amounts of black mold in several areas. Our house is well kept so we were unaware it was there and we're shocked by the results. John explained everything to us and completed his remediation of our entire house in 1 day. His method of remediation also saved our kitchen island with sink, which would have needed to be removed if done through another company. Our symptoms are gone, which has been such a blessing for us and our children. Highly recommend this service. John was very honest, knowledgeable, and produced the results we needed.
