John was the most professional service provider that I have ever met. Mold was found in my apartment and I had recently had a lung operation so of course I was concerned about not adding toxins to my environment. John took time to explain and assure me he uses a special non-toxic mold abatement substance. He did both the deep cleaning and mold abatement and I was delighted with his professional demeanor, respectful communication and of course succ
essful results! Since then, I have had to contact him with a few accounting questions and he was always warm, patient and receptive.

I have been struggling with neurological health issues, which the doctors (10+) never diagnosed properly, for over 5 years. I recently heard about mold toxins and began my own research. We had the house tested, which came back highly positive for mold and mycotoxins. The inspector recommended 4 remediation companies giving highest praise to BioClean. After several company consultations, I went with Bioclean.
John, the owner and founder, was the only company that did not require major construction to remove walls to get to the molded areas of concern. BioClean uses a deep cleaning process then follows up with a fog system eliminating all traces of mold and mycotoxins from the home. This was proven with comparison of the pre-remediation test results and post-remediation test results provided by Pro-Lab.
John takes the severity of these health concerns very seriously and was very prompt in taking my calls and/or returning all calls as I had several questions for him before, during and after the process.
I have zero doubt in my mind that we made the right choice going with John and BioClean!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about working with John on our home clean up. We had a water heater that leaked and caused my asthma to flare up and John was one of the few people who had a non-invasive methodology for removing said allergen. After John spent nearly the entire day at our home rectifying the issue, I could breathe easily in our home and without triggering a cough or asthma attack. I look forward to working with John again on our carpet cleaning as project and I can't thank him enough for his quality work.

I highly recommend John Watt, Good Housekeeping Inc., for residential mold investigation, analysis, and remediation. He has access to breath of test modalities, depending on the level of investigation. In my situation we were able to correlate a household issue with a health issue. John is a very strong problem solver who traces the test results to the assignable causes. His remediation methods are natural and safe. In addition, I found his customer service, including scheduling, exceptional.

John from Bio Clean was fantastic—super conscientious and genuinely kind. He and his son make a great team: professional, communicative, and thorough from start to finish. I interviewed another company that felt a bit pushy and excessive, but John’s approach was transparent and calm, and his price was more reasonable. He even found mold in an unexpected area, explained the plan clearly, remediated it properly, and finished a full day earlier than I expected. The results exceeded my expectations. We were deathly sick for several months, choking one our own mucus, falling over 20 times and had no idea what was wrong wiht us. We had just bought a new house and it was infested with mold in the attic, in the crawl space and on all inside exterior walls and insulation. Although overbooked, he tried to his best to get us in as quickly as possible . HIs testing was impeccable having shared it with the Regional teacher of the NORMI certification , he was really pleased with his thoroughness. The tests showed three different molds the black of course being the worse. He could even specify which areas were the worst and why, but the whole house had to be processed and there was extensive mold down to the studs and insulation all over the house. He worked so many hours non stop with his crew , because he knew how sick we were and that we were homeless. He did it all in two weeks. He came back months later as the whole house had to be re-insulated, new sheet rock and an extensive drainage system outside the house and under the crawl space. We were homeless for 5 months all together. He was patient ,kind and an d a real expert in his field and often gave advice how to keep the mold away and recently helped us figure out how to determine if we were using enough dehumidifiers keep the house stay safe.His staff was wonderful and respectful and hopefully we never to do this again. Certainly. he waited along time until after the construction was finished to do the final extensive testing and it came back so clear. We have been living back in our house 4-5 months and have had no medical problems and he has been best expert and a friend. He is trustworthy, honest and had enormous integrity.

I found them to be extremely professional and very knowledgeable. I have used this company twice.
I give them a A+ and recommend them to anyone.

I would not recommend this construction company. My bathroom is falling apart 6 months after the work was completed. The quality of the work, the management of contractors, the promises with the timeline, the overall work can be described with one word UNPROFESSIONAL! Please save yourself some money and do not hire these guys.

Shay and his team were absolutely incredible. They did various renovations in our home (including removing built-in shelves, creating a closet, frosting glass, and laying the foundation for a hot tub) within a week. He was always ready to go above and beyond and made sure we were happy with his work. I can't tell you how happy I am that we were able to find Shay and his team and will not call anyone else in the future. Thank you guys so much!
