Constraction reviews in Reseda, California

My wife and I are very satisfied with the ADU built by Ap General Contractors. It was an enjoyable process working with them. A huge thank you to Hector and Raul for being professional throughout the whole process.

I was referred to AP General Contractors by a family friend who had their house painted by them. I liked the quality of work that was done so I had to hire them to do my house. Everything was smooth, from getting an estimate, to signing the contract, to getting my house painted. I am very happy with the finished result. Thank you AP!

Wow! AP General Contractors really set the bar high. My wife and I have worked with multiple specialty contractors in the past few years, and although we had worked with some good companies, none can compare to AP. Working with a family owned and operated company that does everything was a game changer. We were able to get all our big projects done with one company. We can't thank AP enough for for the great experience and their expertise.

Highly recommend AP General Contractors. At first I was hesitant about working with a contractor due to previous bad experiences, but when Raul he did an inspection and went over the details with us, I can tell he genuinely cared and was very knowledgeable. He didn’t just trying to sell us something we didn't need. Originally the appointment was for a patio, but upon their inspection he discovered we had a few active leaks on our roof and pointed it out. We decided to move forward with the roof and are extremely pleased with the turn out. The process was very straight forward and we were updated daily. Even after signing off on the project, Raul showed up to make sure we were completely satisfied.

I had a great experience with AP General Contractors. Dealt with Hector and Raul throughout the process of replacing our roof. Raul was my Project Manager, he often updated me as to what was the next step of the process. I definitely recommend this company for home improvement needs.

We are very pleased with the professionalism and workmanship of this company. George, Sergio, Raul, and Hector were great. I’m looking forward to doing more work with them in the near future.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the workmanship of the employees at AP General Contractors. They showed up daily, on time, from the start of the project till the day they finished. The guys were very respectful throughout the whole process. I will definitely recommend AP to anyone (friends/family) who is interested in home improvement needs.

I had a great experience with this company, and felt at ease throughout the entire process. They took care of my exterior stucco with a coating system, which took a little over a week from start to finish. The finished product looks great, and I am very pleased. They workers were here daily and work was done according to planned. I did have a few questioned throughout the project, which the workers were able to answer some, but the ones they couldn't Raul the project manager did. Raul was quick to return my calls if he didn't answer the first time I called. I highly recommend AP General Contractor.

Trustworthy, High Quality, Detailed, Fair, Reliable, and Dependable

These are words I would use to describe AP General Contractors. This review is long over due, but much warranted. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the quality of their work and how highly I would recommend Hector, Raul, and the team. We started with a roof replacement which was expertly done. Raul was patient, detail oriented, very knowledgeable and never over sells. Also very cognizant of timing (getting it done before the rains) and perfectly timing and managing the permit process (not easy if you've ever dealt with city inspections - he even had the ladder properly tied for the inspector on inspection day). This project was so well executed we moved on to many more projects, repairs and improvements. In truth, I am hoping they don't get too busy so they can continue to be available for all my projects - they're that good! As a general contractor, they can do most any home improvement or even new build projects. But anything they need more expertise at, they will get an experienced subcontractor that can do it. This ability has been perfect for us. Raul is patient, meticulous, knowledgeable, detail oriented and an all around great guy. He works on the job, doesn't just manage, and understands his craft. What I like is he tells you exactly what he will do before he does it. Because they are good and in demand, it may take time for him a little time to respond but he always does and his word has been his bond. If you need help with your home improvements, you can rest assured with AP, highly recommended!

Let’s build it did above and beyond for me and my family, words wouldn’t do justice, they did everything right, from the cost to performance and above all integrity and honesty. Thank you!

Very Excellent work and very happy with the quality and schedule to finish the work on time. Thanks Omri. Simon

It's nice to be able to put you Tower together with all the components you want to put in there rather than have a prebuilt

They remodeled my kitchen and did an amazing job, much professionalism and would recommend them to anyone in need of any kind of remodeling

Beautiful work, very knowledgeable & skilled

Very good company!! It’s amazing

I was saying to myself once this project is over I'll spread the word so other can benefit from this company.
I decided complete remodel my home and to add 500 square feet needless to say I was under so much stress, let's face it guys, complete remodel including kitchen upgrade, bathroom remodel, flooring, cabinets,
painting, roof and more could and most likely would turn into nightmare.
Chances are pretty low to end up with hand shake and smile, well not with Let's Build It.
First, they take pride in their work, second in project like that that includes so much construction, remodeling upgrades and what have you will end up with additional work as chance of order, this is the moment contractors taking advantage of their clients, not with Let's Build It, they are honest, care, professional and easy to work with, it's hard to find contractors like that so I decided to take the time so you guys can enjoy their services and to thanks Let's Build It!

At the moment our home wasn’t as spacious as we needed, thankfully let’s build it came to help us add around 430 square foot to the kitchen and our family room. The end transformation was incredible and so too the communication with the workers. Omri informed us of exactly what we needed to know for them to complete the job. We couldn’t be happier and are looking forward to working with let’s build it again.

Several years ago my wife used Let's Build It for some work in her cafe and they did a good job. Since then, I have used them for other construction projects that I have been involved with. They are prompt, courteous and know what they are doing. Once, I give them a project, they finish it promptly and as promised.

Omri was a pleasure to work with and we are extremely satisfied with the quality of work. Everything turned out above expectations and I will definitely be calling Let’s Build It when I need more work done! Communication was very clear, price was fair and did not change from what was quoted, and the work was excellent.. what else could you ask for?? Our salon has been revolutionized!

Thank you 🙏

I have been wanting to remodel my bathroom for quite a while now. I needed new flooring, new bath tub, and new sink. I was recommended Omri from lets build it by a few people, and he was amazing throughout the whole process! He was patient and careful with every decision we made and the job turned out great!

Omri and his team did an amazing job on our backyard remodel. They were quick, clean and efficient. They helped us expand our yard, put a new fence and install a new gas line for our pool and now we can enjoy our outdoor space to the fullest. Will be using these guys from now on with my construction needs.
