Constraction reviews in Reseda, California

We live out of state and were in search for a contractor to remodel out CA home. Let’s build it was our savior. A trusted company with wonderful people, reliable and honest. The process was efficient and fast. Within 3 months we were able to remodel our 5 bed 4.5 bath home. We also remolded our kitchen and are extremely satisfied with their work.

Let's Build It is one of the best companies out there hands down, timing in construction is extremely important as we know time is off the essence, when it comes to LBI no worries, honestly I was surprised!

Let’s build it is high-quality company, professional and attention to detail, I was involved in big commercial project that LBI was hired as GC, they managed it in miraculous way, love them!

Omri and his team did an outstanding job on a project for someone I know, and I was really pleased with the quality and service they provided. Everything turned out amazing from start to finish. Highly recommend!

LET’S BUILD IT handled a large project for our community in a highly professional, organized, and respectful manner.
They worked with patience and courtesy while successfully navigating a busy building with many people using it on a daily basis.
The team was reliable, easy to communicate with, and delivered quality results throughout the project.
Highly recommended.

Omri and his team are miracle workers! I had an attachment on my stove which controlled the use and timing. After three years, I decided to remove it. I contacted several people to help me, including the plumber who originally installed it. They all said it couldn’t be done. But Omri studied the info I had about it and his team removed it in the morning! They also replaced my exterior kitchen window frame and installed two bathroom faucets. They worked quickly and efficiently. So happy to have found Omri!

I have known this company for many years and know the owner. He is an honest guy, with a lot of knowledge and experience in building and remodeling. I have seen his work and he is fantastic. Great material, the job was done on time, with great details to everything. I highly recommend Let's Build It.

We were looking at an older house at auction with a lot of red flags, and Omri was incredibly helpful in walking us through all of it. He broke down the issues in a clear, straightforward way and helped us make sense of what we were really dealing with. His honesty and experience gave us a lot of clarity and saved us from going in blind. Super knowledgeable, patient, and easy to work with—I’d definitely recommend him.

We had a great experience working with this contractor on several projects at our synagogue, including building the bat house and completing work in the kitchen. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and with great attention to detail. His crew was punctual, respectful, and clearly experienced. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and the projects were completed efficiently and to a high standard. We truly appreciated the clear communication and smooth process throughout. Highly recommended.

Fernando came for an electrical service within 20 minutes after my call. He completed his work efficiently and explained the issue patiently. I will definitely contact him again for any services we may need in future. Great job!

This review is 1 year past due. I used this company last year, Fernando was very responsive, reasonable and informative. Before contacting this company I had received several estimates to replace my air conditioning system and furnace. I had received estimates ranging from $12-$20k!!! This was for a residential unit (not commercial). Fernando charged $7,500 to install a Lennox system A/C and Furnace. His pricing was so reasonable I opted to replace both of my A/C and Furnaces AND also included two HEPA air filtration systems. Fernando was extremly kind, professional and knowledgable. I was lucky to have found him as so many other AC guys I had contacted were WAY higher.
