Book this cleaning service! We had requested basic cleaning of our office floors and restroom and they went above and beyond. They took care of everything in our office and were respectful in doing so. The whole space feels much more open and of course cleaner. They were very kind and detailed in everything they did. I could not thank them enough for the work they have done to help the office feel nicer. I will definitely be booking them again.

I lost my trust with this Gardner He’s not serious He will flake on you unprofessional Completely. When I met him the first time he asked for monthly maintenance. $120 I gave him $150 a month. Also, I paid him extra for each three that need to be dreamed hundreds of dollars. I provided him food drinks every time that he showed up. He never happy . Also, he doesn’t understand English. He doesn’t speak English so it’s very very difficult to work with him. He said 8 o’clock and he will show up 11 o’clock if this is the gardener you’re looking for it’s your choice.

Paradise Landscaping Inc was hired to provide an estimate and report on our large drip system, for which they billed a total of $400 for approximate 3 hours of work. Having been a few months after the work was completed, Paradise never got us the report on the drip, mischaracterized the work completed on the invoice submitted to property management, and instead included a few irrelevant lines on the sprinklers at the property. Despite discussing the scope with them in detail, Paradise wasted our time and then simply ghosted - without a response for weeks on end. I would hire someone more reputable / consistent / honest, and will be reporting them to the licensing board should there not be a resolution to the issue of billing for services not completed.

We hired Mor about a month ago to fix a jammed shower door at our rental property. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.

First, he changed the appointment time and still arrived late. When he arrived at the property, my tenant’s wife was present, and he called me to explain that the repair would be complicated. He said he might need to take the shower door apart and warned there was a risk the glass could break. I explained that the door was old and that we would be willing to replace it if necessary. He then advised that repairing it would save money and quoted $400, which I agreed to based on his recommendation.

However, about 10 minutes later, he informed me that the job was already completed and asked me to send payment while he waited outside the property. Since I was not on-site and relied on his professional judgment, I paid him immediately via Zelle.

Afterward, I requested a receipt. He said he would send it over the weekend, but I did not receive anything until I followed up multiple times. When I finally received the receipt, it did not indicate that the payment had been made. I asked him to update it to reflect “paid,” but instead of addressing the request, he blocked my phone number.

We chose him based on positive online reviews, but this experience raises serious concerns about pricing transparency and professionalism. Charging $400 for what appeared to be a very quick fix, combined with poor communication and lack of proper documentation, was disappointing.

Based on our experience, I would not recommend this handyman.
