They installed ac& heat in my mom's old house. Other companies said it couldn't be done. Her house is old but they figured out how to get her central air & do away with her window units. Very professional & explained everything.

Called on a Friday, they came out that afternoon and got everything fixed properly and at a great rate! They also came back out the same day to fix another issue that arose. They explained everything in easy to understand terms and are extremely professional. Very highly recommend!

Customer Service is HORRIBLE!!! Not sure how you have stayed in business so Long! Owners wife was RUDE! I had an issue with my dad's ac unit that they had just serviced. She asked me "What do you want me to do about it?" "Do you have proof that it was leaking when the tech came out?" Then when I called back to discuss it further she hung up on me. TOTALLY RUDE!! I would NEVER do business with your company or recommend your company as you have NO Customer Service!

They did a full system for me & I couldn't be happier. They cleaned up & my electric bills went down with my new system. They are amazing. Answered all my questions too.

New to the area & wanted our system looked at to make sure it is ready for the cooling season. Called & got an appointment with Aaron. He checked out our unit & provided us with lots of information as we are not familiar with heat pumps. Based on his service, we will continue to be customers!

They installed a unit in my house a few years ago and told me it had a 10 year warranty. It quit working this spring and had another company come out to check it and found out that Alvin's never registered my system with Lennox and so I have no warranty and the compressor is bad. Customer service at the time of install was horrible. The system they installed in my house never cooled like my previous system did and they didn't even try to fix the problem. Just charged me a service call every time they came out and told me it was working like it's supposed too. It would not cool my house lower than 78 degrees.

I called them when my dryer started acting up - they sent someone over and he knew his stuff. He got to work right away once I agreed to the price. For an old appliance like mine, it wasn't cheap to fix, but this was a fair deal. Thankfully, it turned out to be just a faulty igniter. The technician also gave my dryer a good cleaning inside, getting rid of all that accumulated lint. He did a solid job and I'm glad I stuck with them - they're worth considering if you need any repairs done.

GIV Appliance repair quickly fixed my Rheem Furnace's igniter issue, saving me a trip to Home Depot.
