What a find!!!!

I don't normally write reviews. But in this case, I must.

I work from home and with the temps soaring here in the valley I was in a bad way. Nothing like pitting out during a Zoom call, right? My 35 yr old cooling unit was struggling. 8am Wednesday morning I called Air Breeze. I spoke with Leor (the owner) who could not have been more pleasant. He really knows his stuff. 2 Hours later he is at my place, diagnosing the issues. Cool home Thursday. Amazing.

Why 5 stars?

Leor and his team exceeded my expectations. He and his team went above and beyond from start to finish.

Great Communication and Punctual - Leor texted me 10 minutes before our appointment to confirm his arrival - and showed up ON TIME! I hate waiting around for people only to have them reschedule. I know things come up, but it is annoying all the same. Leo was at my place 2 hours after I first called him! Wow!

Value - after diagnosing the issues with my cooling unit, Leor helped identify a replacement unit that works for my budget. He didn't try to sell me something I don't need. Additionally, Leor hooked me up with a new thermostat to replace my dinosaur.

The Actual Work - Hector and Jesus did the job quickly and quietly (I didn't realize they had already removed the old unit!).

I like to see good things happen to good people and if you need help with your heating and/or cooling I hope you give them a call. I'm telling everyone.

Leo came out and gave me a very fair price, was extremely responsive to all of my questions and most importantly, my new HVAC system is fantastic! I highly recommend Air Breeze Inc!
