Brian was really helpful and knowledgeable about what was faulty with my unit . The same day everything was up and running like it should have been. Thank you for such a helpful service . After getting a house with no ac I called many companies but felt very uncomfortable the way they try to upsell specifically already paying a larger amount.

However after calling the brothers, they gave me top tier service. Got my ac and heater done in less than a week! Highly recommended company. Very professional and well spoken.

My experience with therma-pro has been great so far. Very friendly and thorough staff. Initially has them come out to look at an issue, decided to move forward with them to work on the issue because they were reasonable, great communication and good availability. Will update when project is done.

I called their number and spoke to gentleman named Keith . I explained to him I needed a certain capacitor for my ac, he gave me a price , and told me he would open the store up for me . I showed up met Keith and got my capacitor. I gave him an extra 5 bucks for the amazing customer service , he didn’t have to open up the shop for me. There is not many places that sell ac/parts / ac capacitors around here. I wish your company well and keep up the amazing customer service . Put a sign out in the street and I guarantee more customers will come your way .
