I've been a customer of Chem-Dry A Able for many years and the owner, Dean Court, is very responsive. He has cleaned the carpets in my 5 unit apartment building located in the Rockridge area of Oakland, CA as well as the lobby stairs and area rugs. Always on time, professional, and makes suggestions when needed. I love the Chem-Dry cleaning process because it doesn't soak the carpets like other cleaning processes. Great service!!

Our dryer had stopped working per the dryer duct being clogged with lint. Mike came in and took care of it, working like a charm again now! Very professional service, couldn't be any happier!

Mike was very professional and easy to deal with. He even covered our hardwood floor from the entrance to the fireplace to ensure the house stayed clean. He did a great job cleaning and inspecting our fireplace. We highly recommend Mike for your chimney cleaning needs. He also does vent and dryer cleaning.
