Frank came out and cleaned my carpets. Nice guy, showed up on time and knew his stuff. I would recommend him.

This is a local owner-operated service, which is important to me. Frank knows his business, has great communication skills, and did a fantastic job on my pet stains.

Never again. Chose this service based on Yelp rating and wanted to support a local business, but very disappointed. Once the carpets dried it was obvious that the high traffic areas were not well-cleaned. His work is not guaranteed. My neighbor had her carpets done the same day and had the same experience. $220 later for 3 rooms and a hallway, I would absolutely not recommend to anyone.

Frank was friendly and service was fast. He did a great job cleaning our carpets and stairs. All signs of stains and spills are gone. I will be using him again.

A+ Service! Would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of clean, stain-free carpets. The owner of the company personally cleaned my carpets, he is knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. I had several spots of impossible to remove lickstick/lip gloss stains which he was able to completely remove. Cost of service may be somewhat higher than other "special offers" but the quality and comittment to service is definitely worth a bit more money. I have used many other companies over the past 20 years, but this one is far superior.

My 10' x 14' rug had "cat ware" on both sides, and finally, the big-red-wine-spill. It came back clean and the colors are vibrant again.

Pick-up and delivery were on time. Frank helped clear the furniture and lay the carpet.

Frank told me he also cleans wall-to-wall carpet!

Frank with ACC is a top notch carpet guy, I used his services to clean my home carpets, with 4 kids and a dog with light carpet, he had a tough job ahead of him. Frank is all you could ask for in a small business owner: He was prompt, professional, hard-working, reasonably priced and good-humored. He's willing to take on any challenge, big or small. Our sofa looks like new and I'll definitely be giving Advantage a call the next time I have any carpet cleaning or upholstery needs -- and won't hesitate to refer friends.

My dog became really sick and unfortunately my carpets suffered some serious stains. I was referred to Advantage Carpet Care and they did a phenomenal job! They were also very quick to respond and came the next day! Lots of other companies weren't going to make it out until the next week and that just wasn't an option. Frank was very professional, no fuss and got straight to the job, and the stains completely came out! Would definitely give 5 stars and recommend to anyone.
