Excellent housekeeper but as time goes by Ingrid is completely unreliable, rarely comes at scheduled time. Very poor communication. Scheduled appointment for 11:30, waited 1 hr, texted her- said she was running late... waited another hour, but she still hadn't arrived. Waited another hour (now 2:30, 3 hrs after scheduled appointment), texted to ask what was happening and Ingrid replied she quit. Her complete disregard for your time is not only disrespectful but truly unacceptable. Did not even have the courtesy to call me. I have been a client for over 2 years.
We had agreed she would be arriving at 1:30. Would not answer phone or reply to my plea for her to come this last time as promised. I waited all day, prepared the house and she quits just like that? What professional does that?
I am working full time as an oncology nurse, caring for my unwell elderly mother, and we are both just recovering from COVID. Despite Ingrid being aware of all this, she had no consideration for my time. She went so far as to tell me "people like me make her sick". What people?? Those that support her and her family? Those that speak highly of her to others and always refer her to anyone in need? Those that tip well? Those that post truthful reviews? Those that expect professionalism and communication? Seems pretty reasonable when running a business.
Her highly disappointing, rude and very unprofessional behavior is unacceptable given that I have gone above and beyond to be kind and considerate. I serve the team tea or coffee and biscuits. I try to be considerate to tidy before their arrival to make it easier for them. I always tip- including a $200 tip for her time and effort to clean my mother's house. Simply because I expressed my displeasure that she never arrives as promised and then tries to reschedule for another day hours after she was due to arrive? Then to be additionally rude and hurtful she stated: "you're just an unhappy person." Well... given my current circumstances in caring for my dying mother how should I be?? Where is the compassion?? Aren't you religious??
Who does that? She and her team have worked for me for over 2 years. I am shocked by her lack of integrity, blatant disrespect and disregard for her clients. What happened??
Despite being thorough when she and her team do finally arrive, she is terribly unreliable and her communication skills are even worse.
If you don't mind waiting hours on end for her not to arrive at her scheduled appointment time, have her attempt to cancel at the last minute, and then belittle and insult you, I suppose she's the one for you. I cannot recommend in good faith. So upsetting.

My small apartment had become unlivably dirty after I got injured at work. Ingrid's team came in and was so kind, so helpful, and made my house a place I was excited to come home to again. She was wonderful around my cats and so thoughtful with the way she interacted with my things. Absolutely recommend Ingrid for whatever sort of cleaning you need.

Ingrid and her team did an excellent job cleaning my two apartments with move-in move out services. The apartments were fairly dirty, especially the kitchens and baths, and her team did a super job making them shine. Work was performed on time and on budget. Highly recommend them.

Ingrid and her staff did an amazing deep clean of our new house! We did an in-depth consolation about what needed cleaning. Specifically the bathrooms, window sills, kitchen, and floors. She saw all the grime in all the small crevices and in all the drawers in the bathrooms and kitchen. Everybody is very detail oriented when cleaning. Our fridge and oven were super gross and she did an amazing job making them look brand new! Definitely recommend using their cleaning services consistently to keep a clean house because I know we will!

Ms. Ingrid did a phenomenal job on cleaning my home! As a mom of 3 with a small baby and working 2 jobs. It is hard to keep my house in order.

I reached out to her with a request Wednesday morning and not even 5 minutes later she called me right away to schedule a visit for later that day to see the home and give me a fair price.

By Saturday she came to my home to do the deep cleaning! I let her know that it was really important to not only clean, but to organize versus pushing everything in a pile.

I was able to leave everything as is and I returned to a pristine home. The best part about Ingrid is that even though she quoted me 5 hours to completion. She made sure she didn’t leave until the home was to my satisfaction.

I am now a regular with her. I will have her come do bi weekly cleanings to help me maintain my home.

Ingrid was amazing. She and her colleague cleaned my small east bay home (that hadn’t been cleaned professionally in over a year) incredibly throughly, down to every little detail - I never knew my place could be so clean! I was really impressed and so grateful. Ingrid was also thoughtful, extremely communicative, kind, funny, punctual and all around totally professional.
