Avery was the technician who worked with me, and he also went above and beyond by helping move some furniture so the carpet could dry properly. His attention to detail and friendly attitude made the whole process easy and stress-free. I really appreciated how thorough and responsive the service was. I would definitely recommend them for any carpet cleaning or water removal needs.
earl was absolutely a pleasure to have in my home for carpet and rug cleaning in Rio Linda. He did an excellent job on all five of my area rugs, and they looked almost brand new again. i was very impressed with the results. Not only was he professional, but also hard-working, efficient, and very skilled with stain removal and odor treatment. I have two dogs, so a couple of my rugs had heavy spots and pet odor, and i honestly thought they might need to be thrown out. Earl did a phenomenal job deep cleaning the fibers, lifting the stains, and getting the smell out. The finished work really speaks for itself, and the rugs feel fresh, clean, and soft again. He also explained the cleaning process clearly, arrived ready to work, and took great care while working inside my home. it is hard to find someone this dependable and thorough. I would highly recommend him for area rug cleaning, carpet cleaning, tile cleaning, and even car detailing. give him a try and you will not be disappointed.

The tech arrived right on time, was very friendly, and took great care around my furniture while working efficiently. The carpet cleaning and tile cleaning results looked fantastic.
