Reviews of local pros in Ripon, California

I had a fantastic experience with Gurminder. He arrived quickly and had all the necessary parts, so there was no waiting around. He fixed my AC in no time, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of AC service!

Silver Custom Stairs did an amazing job completely redoing our stairs. They are exactly what I pictured in my head and more! The communication was amazing. We are extremely happy with our stairs and would recommend Silver Custom Stairs to everyone! Thank you Francisco and team!!!!!!

Needed to update our very dated stairs. Silver Custom Stairs did a wonderful job creating the stairs we wanted. From initial consultation, to working with our timeline, to the details and craftsmanship- we couldn't have been more pleased. Francisco created exactly what we wanted.

Sergio did an amazing job with our new staircase. He is on time and very knowledgeable.

We had our stairs done by Silver Customer Stairs. They were prompt and polite. I got the quote as next day or two. The owner took his time to go over the design with me. He gave us some good ideas on how to make the balusters look nice. We ended up picking his team to do the project as he is highly rated on the Yelp as well as the best price. They completed the project very quickly and kept the working areas clean. The railings look amazing now!

I love my new stairs! Thank you so much!! They were extremely professional and had my stairs finished before the deadline! Thanks so much!

Francisco did an excellent job replacing our railing. The work was started on a Friday and completed on Tuesday morning. I'm impressed with the work done and how fast the job was completed. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend . Also the cost was very reasonable!

Great service, and fair pricing. Completely transformed our staircase from dated to modern.

Thank you Francisco and team, we love the finished product

After receiving multiple bids, I chose Silver Custom Stairs and I'm 100% thankful that I did. My initial conversation began with Gabby who was very responsive with addressing any questions or concerns and also with scheduling. Francisco came out for the consultation and measurement. He gave me a little background of himself and the business. He was very receptive to my design ideas and provided valuable suggestions of his own. Once we agreed to the contract, he followed up with samples of the materials to be used, which I found extremely helpful and reassuring. He explained the step by step process and went over the timeline. It was a pleasure working with Silver Customer Stairs and I would not hesitate recommending them to my family and friends!

Came out to view project. Said they'd follow up with pictures and estimate. Never heard back from them. Wth?

I requested a quote for three stair rails. I don't know the guys name but owner came and installed all stair rails today. He is very punctual and price is reasonable. I highly recommend this company

Francisco and his team do excellent work at a more than reasonable price. We had them redo our stairs and could not be happier. They provided an attention to detail, and delivered a high quality product. Thanks for everything!

They delivered exactly what I asked for. Highly recommended to everyone I know. Owner was responsive and worked around my timelines as well.

So happy that we went with Silver Custom Stairs! They were more than accommodating and great customer service. They worked fast and gave us exactly what we asked for. Beautiful work and a fraction of the price. Highly highly recommend!

I went with Silver Custom Stairs because they gave me the best and most reasonable bid for the size of the job I needed. Most companies I've called did not include paint, they do! Gabby was pleasant to speak with. She was able to accommodate my work schedule and sent someone after hours. Francisco arrived on time with samples to show me. We discussed my desired look and within the same week he started work. Francisco was very cautious. He prepped his work area by closing off the rest of my house with plastic sheets and protected my floor with flooring paper along the walkway. Very clean and professional. Francisco was able to executed the look I wanted perfectly in 2 days. I am super happy with the outcome. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

OMG! Silver Custom Stairs is the highest example of professionalism and quality. Francisco is responsive, creative, friendly, hard working, prompt, thorough and an amazing person. Every step of this project was easy and enjoyable. He transformed our stairs into a modern, high end, updated version that I scan it stop talking about. If you are considering updating your railing and balusters, do it!! You will not be disappointed.

Francisco and his team did a great job . He was very professional, reliable & honest. I would highly recommend Silver Stairs.

Terrific workmanship. Responsive and quick to arrive on time. I needed my loose stair post tightened. He did it right. Recommended.

I am beyond amazed with Francisco's work! He is so easy to communicate with! Honest guy. I am soooo happy with his work!!! I am in love with my custom cabinets and shelves! He even made the cabinets slow close, which I forgot to ask him to do. Super thrilled that he added the slow close feature! Planning to hire him for more work soon. I honestly just did a search for carpenters, Francisco responded, and that's how it all began! So glad I found him on Yelp! I highly recommend Francisco and Edwin!

We did a house remodel project and worked with many contractors last year and Francisco at Silver Stairs was by far the best! He showed up when he was supposed to. The job stayed on schedule. Which during the pandemic is almost unheard of. The price was affordable for the quality of craftsmanship we got. His work is beautiful!! I can not say enough , the look of our new stairs changed the style of the entire house. I couldn't be happier!
