I absolutely love working with Souza’s Heating and Air. They are all incredible. I sell real estate and often come across heating and air issues and Souza’s is the first call I make. I even have past clients from years ago reach out and I send Souza’s to help. My clients are always very happy. Rick was extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem in no time! I highly recommend Souza's heating and air conditioning if you want it done the correct way and not just a patch to get your money like other companies do.

I had new AC/furnace system installed. I had lots of questions about choosing right one for my home. Mark is very knowledgeable , addressed all my concerns and answered all questions thoroughly and explained all the steps needed to remove and replace old unit. They showed up on time and were total professionals. He made the whole process very easy on my end. Definitely would recommend and will be using them again when needed.

Technician came out, diagnosed the problem and was able to patch system for a few days until we could get a new one installed. Installation was fast and they even scheduled to have the roof repaired where they replaced unit. They even made a larger return as the previous one was too small for the square footage. Honest, reliable, and especially fast in this 110 degree heat wave we are having!

The service by Souza was top notch. Their service and professionalism were outstanding. I highly recommend using them. They were responsive, clear, and repaired the problem immediately.

Unfortunately, the coil installed in our new home failed to last even five years but Mark and Rick got me up and running quickly but more importantly they didn't simply offer up the most costly solution first but tried to find other solutions that might work. Overall, high level of professionalism as well as being simply down to earth good guys. Highly recommend.
