I called for service, and someone came the next day and was very quick. Had my Samsung dryer fixed due to the broken wheel on the drum. The repair cost me $295

Alex and his helper were great. Called Saturday and they came Sunday. Super thick Russian accents so a little hard to understand but they fixed my oven for a reasonable price and were professional and polite. Didn't try to upsell me on anything, which is huge in the service call industry. He diagnosed the problem, gave me a price, performed the work, and it resolved the problem. Great experience.

He was on time, very respectful and professional. Took time to explain to me what the problem was and what parts were needed . Explained why it had broken and how to maintained the refrigerator to avoid future issues.

Repairman was prompt and able to come same day to repair our dishwasher. He got the dishwasher up and running within 2 hours.
