Enrique was very nice and was at my home between the hours set. He satisfactorily completed the job and was neat and clean. He removed all debris once he was done.

He’s a very good technician

If I could leave a zero I would, the technician was a terrible listener and offered no kind of help..
He was supposed to be here for my washer and dryer pair, but his notes stated it was a washer dryer unit so he refused to look at my washer. I just don't understand why he looked at my dryer, and he said the problem was a dime was stuck in there, I don't know but nothing was fixed and everything is just like it was before he showed up.

The technician Enrique was awesome.
Sears appliance repair phone service was horrible. Associates are rude and we had them cancel on us at least 3 times. It took us two days shy of a month to get them to fix our refrigerator. Thank you Enrique.

Glenn was great! Upon arrival he set up, explained my protection policy. Took all necessary photos of what needed repair. Had to order the parts. Returned same day and replaced the burner assembly. He vacuumed the top of the tank as there was built up of dust/dirt. He explained the need to keep it clear as it fire hazard. He cleaned up the surrounding work area.
