Dan came out to give me an estimate on painting the exterior trim of my home.

His pricing was very fair and he was able to start immediately pending my schedule.

The job was complete in a timely manner, and I am extremely happy with the work.

This company is very professional I and they take pride in the work and services they provide.

Trinity pool did an acid wash on my pool without neutralizing the water and killed my front lawn. One month later and the algae is coming back even though the chemicals have been checked daily. Substandard work...cut corners...very unhappy! Would not recommend even to people I don't like.

After having 1 bid that was so outrageous, for less product, a company who never even returned my call... I stumbled upon Trinity (ok, I like the name)
Dave showed up when he said he was going to... gave me a quote that was WAY too good to be true and gave me exactly what I wanted and more. Dolphins galore! And a pool that is, as far as I'm concerned, a piece of art! The pool is filling up as I type this. It is a beautiful Pebble Tec finish and beautiful new tile and a dolphin mosaic on the far wall.. so you can swim with the dolphins!
There's no skimping on communication, either. I can call or text and he has always responded. And he has always called to let me know what's going on.
My only wish is that it was summer!
I will not hesitate to recommend Trinity Custom Pools to anyone who needs work done!

And for the negative reviews, how can you not get a job finished by someone who is a local business? Doesn't make sense.

We are filling our pool as we speak we love,love, our new pool we had it replastered and retiled. we have been waiting two long years to enjoy our pool and now it's finally time. Dave and Renee were more than helpful they answered every text,call and message i had. We had a bid that was 200 dollars less than trinity"s but Dave matched their bid and even threw in a couple of turtles for our kids and the diamond cut tile in pool and spa was totally unexpected.. I would referre them to anyone. Thank you Thank you @Trinity Pools

Just 100% awful Communication from Dave Never even managed to get a quote. First time I got a flat tire and as soon as the text him he bailed. Did not even consider waiting for me to change a tire which I get. Then tells me he can’t schedule again for a couple weeks because the holidays and says he will reach out. NEVER DID. Then when I reached out wondering he said he would text me Monday to set a date. Monday came and went and after hearing nothing by Wednesday I reached out again. Honestly when you need to contact someone multiple times just to get you on the schedule made me feel like he didn’t even want my business. Then when he does schedule a time he flaked out on me after literally confirming our appt the day before. I shouldn’t have to confirm my appointment 2 or 3 times to ensure he will show up. If it’s this bad to just get a quote I can only imagine how awful the communication is if we signed a contract with him. Should have listened to the other bad reviews stating the same thing.

We had multiple bids, and Trinity came in lowest. They did a great job, suggested a solution to replacing all of the tile that came out really nice, and even inset matching tiles into the steps and spa seat. It looks nicer than new. He came back several times to check on it, and gave us instructions on caring for the new finish. They cleaned up, were polite, on time, and finished much more quickly than I could have imagined. I could not be happier with our choice. I highly recommend them.

I am VERY impressed with Dave’s follow-through and customer service we have received thus far. We are in the beginning stages of our remodel and so happy we went with the recommendation from another party to use Dave. His work ethic and attention to detail of the needs and wants by my husband I has left us excited and happy we decided to work with Trinity Custom Pools. I called David on a Saturday, It was complete on Tuesday. He promised me it would be ready for my party and it was. His crew was professional and did a wonderful job. The price was great and the extras was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Trinity and have already recommended to friends with pools. They ruined my spa after acid washing it. Now I have to get it re-plastered. Dave never supervised the job and the workers were left alone without direction so they had to re-do the plaster - twice- and still didn't do it right. Dave ignored my calls about making the repairs and I had to report him to the State Contractor's Board. After looking up their license with the State Contractor's Board, I found out that Dave is not even the owner of Trinity Custom Pools. What good is a good price if you have to pay more to have the job done right.

Trinity Pools was incredible. David knew the tile we wanted and my concern to finish the pool quickly. He drained our pool, jackhammered the old tile and plaster out. Then he had the best tile men retile, and then the best plaster men replastered the pool and refill the pool in only 8 days. David oversaw the entire process. He and all of his workers were courteous and very skilled. I am 73 years old and I literally jumped for joy at our beautiful new pool. I wish all contractors had David’s ethics.

After extensive research on pool replastering and inquiring with several companies for quotes, I ended up choosing Dave with Trinity Pools for our pool remodel. Dave was very friendly and professional throughout the process. He also was not trying to upsell anything as he provided us many different options and explained the differences between each style of plaster/pebble. We ultimately decided on a mini pebble tec finish with amazing tiles that match our backyard perfectly thanks to Dave's suggestion.

Compared to other quotes I received, Dave was very affordable and his team was extremely experienced and fast. You can tell they put a lot of effort to make the customer happy for the long-run. Dave was also very helpful after the pool was done and answered all my questions immediately. I highly recommend Trinity Custom Pools.

If you are looking to have your pool redone, Trinity Pools is the place to call. we received our quote quickly and the work began a week later. the crews come out in full force and demobbed our pool in one day. they clean up everything after each step in the process. David is reliable and answered every one of my million questions. we couldn't be happier see our before and after photos.

I called Trinity after getting a quote for new pool plaster/pebble, tile, and lights from another company. Dave scheduled an appointment for the next day and showed up 5 minutes early. Dave brought many photos of past work and product samples to choose from. Trinity's quote was considerably less and I am so happy I decided to go with Trinity. The whole project was completed in less than two weeks. Dave was excellent about communicating with me and explaining each step of the project and confirming when his crews would arrive. The pool looks wonderful and I whole-heartedly recommend Trinity Custom Pools.

David came out to inspect our pool is a super timely manner. He was super polite and I really appreciated his honesty. I would definitely work with him again.
