Family owned company that is knowledgeable on every project I needed done, and they created a quote within my price range to get everything done. I was very happy to give them work as their customer service was very respectable and comfortable to communicate with! I had requested a quote from Leaf Filter, but after speaking with them and doing some research on my own I realized APS has it all and are a trusted company who has 30 plus years of experience and I knew exactly who I wanted to go with- be careful of these new age companies ! I’ve been so disappointed with the quality and care and follow up, and I appreciate how this company keeps it old school with what they value!

I was very pleased with the job done by this family owned business. From scheduling the estimate to the completion of my job. Very knowledgeable and professional service. They do beautiful custom work and ad the extras touches , like my rain chain.

Used Prime Construction to repair walls and replace flooring damaged due to a slab leak. Flooring guys were awesome and did a great job. Everything was done professionally and quickly. Very happy with the results. Thank you for putting our house back together!!

Prime took care of us promptly and efficiently. They went out of their way to to make sure we were happy with the job. Sergio knocked it out of the park and Juan did a good job too!

Do not use this company. Waited a month for a quote on new siding for my house, spoke with their rep 2x and was assured it would be to me by the end of the day. That was 2 weeks ago. Called and spoke with the rude lady in the office today who cut me off when I was trying to explain the situation. Rep never prepared the quote and wasted my time. Would never do business with a company that can't follow through and has rude office staff. Don't use.

A contract should not be required to receive a quote as they are trying to say. You cannot expect a Client to sign a contract for work that has not even been quoted as promised. Again, rude and would not listen.

We had a insurance claim and Prime Construction was recamended by insurance company. I never worked with a company like them. They are rude and when they break something in your home the will not fix. On top of the there supervisor tried to get extra money on the side because they had to rent a stup remover. I would not recommend this company they are rude. The only good thing is there sub contractors. I am turning them into the contractors board.

Advice, DO NOT use them, my story is long and horrible, back in 2007 i had a fire in my house, i trusted them and give them the remodeling contract, they lie,took advantage of the ignorance and trust we place on them, keep telling the insurance need to add more and more money to the project, finally after 2 years,yes 2 years I got the courage to fire them, they have taken over $300k and never finish the project, when I fired them Prime Construction (Mike) send a bill for unpaid permits and threat me with legal action, I called my insurance company and my insurance send copies of the cashed check by Prime for the permits they were billing me, when i send them copies of the cashed checks alone with a letter from an attorney they back away. there is more to my horrible experience. just don't use them .They do not deserve the the 1 start.

PRIME Construction did an amazing job with the slab leak in our bathroom replacing the flooring and cabinetry. They were very professional, did the work with both ours and their schedule.

I had the pleasure of working with the professionals at Prime Construction when I had an upstairs toilet overflow causing several thousand dollars in damage. I contacted Deanna at 6am and she took care of everything from getting the restoration people out there all the way to working with my insurance company. It was a very stressful experience made easier by everyone at Prime Construction. Thank you for all of your help. If anything like this were to occur again Prime would be the place I would call. Thanks again!!

As seen with previous reviews, I’m sure they will have some form of defense to any statement I make. But when we started this journey, I couldn’t find many reviews so I feel a duty to leave one. I will keep this short. Hindsight is 20/20 and we should’ve taken the insurance money and found our own contractor. Our bottom floor flooded and it was a big task to fix. Ignoring the lack of communication and professionalism, the bottom line is Prime’s work is not quality and we signed papers saying the work was complete even while knowing corners were cut. We’d much rather fix the issues and finish the work than deal with them any longer. Cabinet drawer holes are the wrong size, outlet was installed blocking our dishwasher from sitting correctly, portions of baseboards weren’t painted, and there’s more…. Only positive thing I can say is that their front desk gals are the sweetest people. Seriously, super apologetic the entire time and I felt so bad that they have to apologize for issues they didn’t cause.

This company has a contract and thousands of dollars deposit... and hasn’t even started the job... it’s been a month... and they’re only supposed to rebuild the cabinet boxes for a butcher block and put it back together. I could only imagine if they had to repair a flooded full kitchen or bathroom.

Do Not Use These People... Mercury Insurance recommended them, and now my claim adjuster is involved trying to get the work started.... even involved the owner and he didn’t even have the decency to help in anyways. Thanks Mike Boab and Mike Robbins... we delayed the sale of our home for a month due to their lack of urgency.

I had an excellent experience working with Prime Construction on some home repairs resulting from a water leak. They gave a fair estimate and completed the work within the agreed upon rates. They were professional and always on time, and I was able to communicate regularly with them throughout the job. The job was also completed in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend Prime Construction.

Rudy the project manager and Juan and Sergio did a great job. We had a water heater leak. They did the dry wall repair, painting and flooring.
All the crew and office is friendly and easy to work with.

Prime Construction was recommended by my insurance company. From the initial call about the estimate to the final day of payment, Mike and Deanna made this process flow smoothly and with patience. I did receive another quote for the same work and Prime outbid the other companies. For me, any company could have done the work but it really is the customer service that retains customers. I highly recommend Prime. As you can see from the pictures, the before and after made a drastic change to my home. Although the insurance process is long to get the work done, it wasn’t that way with Prime. Mike was able to get a team out to my home sooner than expected because he knew my urgency. If you’re out there looking for a reason to choose Prime, I hope a new homeowner like me makes it easier for you. I have found someone to lean back on if I ever run into a similar issue. I have had Prime Construction work on two different issues I had. Both were water leaks in different areas, one requiring gutting a portion of my kitchen and another involving flooring in which both times, my experience was excellent. Prime employees responded quickly and helped me to navigate the process with my insurance to get things handled efficiently. I tend to ask a lot of question and be very particular about people in my home and everyone that came in to work on the projects was polite, on time, and professional. In the end, I was very pleased with the finished product and I would highly recommend using Prime Construction to fix your home.

After an accidental flood,Prime construction renovated our whole house. They are professional and courteous. The job was done quickly and cleanly.If I could I'd give them 11 stars. I recommend them to anyone who require work done. Thanks Prime you have made the renovation a great experience.
