I have never dealt with such horrible labor and unprofessionalism. In dealing with rob, my contract manager.
There was very little communication to me when I had to have a condo bedroom and downstairs rebuilt, because of a small fire. I was never informed of things happening. Ahead of time, only afterwards and I was treated as if I was a second class citizen. They were a referral from State Farm. I will never make this mistake again. Very, very poor service when it comes to their contract labor.
The only bright spot seemed to be was Deanna in the office and Sonia, the office assistant.
The people they hired to paint did a very bad job. They had to come back twice. And I'm still not happy with it. Please do your research when trying to decide if you want to use these people. I highly do not suggest using them.

The downstairs bathroom toilet leaked and I had extensive water damage March 2025. Whenever I had to file a claim with my Homeowners insurance it was a nightmare.
First, I was blessed with an excellent insurance agent that recommended Prime Construction. Deanna from Prime and the insurance agent worked great together and I didn’t have to stress over ver anything. Prime paid my insurance directly which was awesome. The water damage included the lowers parts of 2 walls and part of a garage wall behind the bathroom. The wax ring of the toilet needed to be replaced. The toilet and vanity needed to be removed. Because of past experiences when other companies removed walks they ended up destroying the room. But Prime cut out only what needed to be cut out and they carefully removed and packed my toilet, vanity, sink, and mirror. When I had a problem with the separate plumber contractor, Prime stepped in and fixed the wax ring and hooked up my plumbing. The wall texture and matching the paint color was perfect.
If I had any concerns, Prime was quick to fix.
The job took less than 2 weeks to complete.
5 months later I had an issue with the main water line in my front lawn. My gardener broke the line. I called around but it was a Sunday and I had a hard time getting a plumber to come out. For whatever reason, I called Prime Construction to see if they could recommend a plumber. Since it was a Sunday, the office was closed, but the phone call went to Deanna cell phone, and she answered. She was kind enough to recommend a plumber that would come out on Sunday. She didn’t have to do this for me. My claim had been completed months prior. I was able to get a couple of quotes from 2 other plumbers but the one Deanna from Prime Construction gave me the best quote and wouldn’t charge me anything if he couldn’t fix the leak. I asked if he had to do more work then he quoted would he charge more and he said, “No”. Thank you Deanna! Thank you for going above and beyond.
