Milato Construction & Restoration Inc. & All Star Leak Detection Inc.! Where do I start? John and Jay, thank you so much! This is the second time I've done business with these companies and I am so grateful. They are professional, HONEST, knowledgeable, prompt, and kind.
Last year's water heater leak caused a huge amount of damage inside my home. They worked with my home owner's insurance and my home warranty companies to provide the best quality service at the lowest price. They did quality work and it all still works and looks great. This time around I was even more impressed. When I called for the appointment a year later the nice office manager remembered me and was able to schedule a next day appointment. John and Jay came out to do an insurance assessment on a huge water leak outside on my property. I had already called the insurance company and filed a claim. John and Jay came out to take a look at everything, made a few adjustments to my sprinkler system, fixed the problem and told me there was no need to file a claim and no need to spend all that money on a deductible. The claim was already filed there was a huge opportunity there for them to make a lot of money. They could have said anything and made a huge claim with unnecessary repairs but they didn't. They were kind and honest. I have been really worried about how I was going to pay for all these repairs I have been praying about it that morning. Thank the Lord for watching out for me and for sending me John and Jay. They also took the time to point out some things that would be helpful to me as a homeowner. The little things that I completely overlooked. I highly recommend Milato and All Star!

This was the first time we used Milato Construction and Restoration. We were very impressed! They communicated well, so we knew what to expect and when. They were on time, professional, respectful, friendly, and clean! Even behind the plastic, they cleaned up their area. I highly recommend this company and not only would use them again, we've already requested a quote on another project!

We have been fortunate to have Bob Berney and his amazing team bid, design and complete several beautiful projects at our home. The first was a Trex deck and deck covering, completed over a decade ago, and which has transformed unused yard space into a large area for true recreation, family enjoyment and personal retreat. Bob's expertise with concrete work, and landscaping, his lighting experts and master stone mason, Francisco and team, completed a brick patio area that converted unused outdoor space into a beautiful peace garden area. Bob and his team built a brick cap retaining wall that not only adds to the beauty and enjoyment of our home, but does the same for our neighborhood. Bob checks in annually to make sure all of the projects he and his team have completed are still in good condition. If repairs are needed, however minor, he will make sure they are done in a timely and cost effective manner. Bob has demonstrated integrity, professionalism, responsiveness, respect and punctuality, and provides the highest quality and value in all the work he has done and continues to do for us and our home. And he is a very kind, nice person!

Bob just finished renovating my garage. The old garage was completely open to the attic, unfinished, messy and spooky. Bob and his crew did everything from demolition to framing, electrical work, drywall, all the work to finish. I am very pleased with his work - friends and neighbors were amazed to see the difference from the old garage.

We worked with Bob on our backyard renovation and interior projects. He installed two patio covers, all of my outdoor fans, poured the concrete for our pavement, designed and installed our outdoor bbq island and ensured all structures were up to code. Inside, we converted drywall shelves to beautiful maple shelving, installed pull out drawers in the kitchen, annd fans in many of the rooms. He is responsive, professional, timely, and experienced. His pricing is competitive and he will go over every line item and explain. He has worked with his business contacts, such as his painter and cabinet installer, for many years, thus a great evident rapport that he has with his team! I will use Bob for any future projects and highly recommend this company!

Bob has done several projects for me over the last 12 years and I've been very happy with the work. He has put in stained, stamped concrete patios and nice wooden patio covers. The latest is a nice sealed waterproof walkout deck with railing that looks great. Bob is reliable, thorough, and honest. You won't be disappointed with his work!

A2Z ADUS has been awesome, and it seems anything I can think of is possible since I am a repeat customer and always pleased with the end product. For instance, we had been watching the stars and climbing onto our roof to see the view around our property, but realized it was a bit unsafe to be up there with a falling hazard. We asked Dan if he could build an attachment to the building. Before answering he came by to take a look, and ask us what exactly we had in mind. After hearing our goals and looking at the structure and flooring, he enthusiastically said yes and began drawing up plans and provided us with an estimate. The price was great, and moreso because he said he would overbuild it to make it super-safe and we could add more later. The result is awesome, and we enjoy the view from the deck all the time. I had the BEST experience with Dan and Steve. After spending 2 years wrapped up with another ADU builder in town that got too busy to complete my existing ADU permit process, Dan and Steve stepped in to save the day. They were able to provide me with a clear scope of work with pricing, walked me down to the city to pay my permit fees and were prompt and knowledgeable with setting me up for my city inspection. They kept it simple, and really eased my nerves. My project was probably further along than I had realized, but Dan and Steve took TWELVE days from start to finish to deliver me a fully permitted ADU! That probably would have taken my former contractor 2 more years! I'd have no problem hiring them to build an ADU from the ground up, and will be shouting them out to anyone who will listen.

I had Dan come out and bid an ADU for me on one of my rental properties. I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge about ADU's. We went through some ideas and a plan and he was very well versed on planning and had many great ideas. He also presented me with a quote and a scope of work in a very timely manner. Another thing I thought was very professional was his attention to detail in his score of work and setting the expectations up front as far as timelines and completion. I also had a chance to look at a few other jobs he has recently completed and they look great. I am going to using Dan on my project as he checked all the boxes when working with a contractor so far.

His pricing was very fair and he was able to start immediately pending my schedule.

The job was complete in a timely manner, and I am extremely happy with the work.
