Oasis Turf & Hardscape was the first landscaping company to respond to my inquiry--someone called me back within 30 minutes and scheduled an appointment to see the property and discuss the project. Jon, the designer at Oasis, clarified and simplified the concept we had in mind. He answered all of our questions and took the time required to understand what we wanted; his input was invaluable. Oasis was totally professional and produced a quality product at a reasonable price. The landscape is a combination of grass and brick-sized contoured pavers that create a cobblestone effect and perfectly match our driveway. Jon was intrepid in tracking down the original paver, which was no easy task; it unifies the hardscape throughout the property. Jon could not have been more helpful, but Frank’s crew that did the physical work was equally amazing. They were always on time, could not have been more hardworking, and did a super job all around. Their clean-up was impeccable, and they could not have been more responsive to requests. I would unhesitatingly give everyone from Oasis more than a 5-star review if it were possible. We could not be happier with the way everything turned out. Oasis has our our unqualified recommendation.

I highly recommend Oasis Turf! I got recommended to them on the Next Door App. I had gotten a couple of quotes but they were not as detailed as Oasis. Mo came out and she explained everything in detail and answered all my questions and concerns. She showed me exactly what they would do. Shout out to her and the rest of the staff! I saw their work online and hands down they were the best! My project was a small one. I needed my front lawn done it was only 285 square feet., and I liked that they didn’t hesitate to do it , where as others don’t want to do it because of the small square footage . First off we learned about Oasis through Social Media advertisement. At first we were skeptical but now we will be life long customers! 🙂

When we called them they picked up right away and was even excited to speak to us. We have dealt with some horrible customer service representatives before but not with Oasis. They scheduled our first consultation with Sam Pak. We cannot speak highly enough about how Sam provided the best customer service we have ever received from a business. We are all about communication and Sam Pak exceeded our expectations. He worked with us to design our front yard and driveway better than we envisioned it. We do not like grass and wanted to have a horseshoe setup with a white vinyl fence. They nailed it and completely transformed our front yard! Sam worked with us to bring down the cost when it went beyond our budget. So we decided to do the rest of the landscape on our own which you can see in the pictures.

Usually after dealing with the salesman there is a lack of communication because they have some of your money already. But nope! We even had issues with the city moving too slow providing the permit and other things but Oasis came through for us! They were patient and was willing to get us on schedule even though the city was delaying us. The project manager Steven was also on top of it and showed up when we needed him to. He made sure the project got done as well as Sam. Even when there were issues or we did not like something. They fixed it and changed it on the spot. I just cannot thank them enough for the service that was provided. The cement/landscape guy Cecilio was amazing! All in all I give them 10/10. I would highly recommend them. They maybe alittle pricey but they are professionals! We are not done using them. We plan to have them come back in the future to finish other projects for our house.

We recently had Oasis Turf and Hardscape complete our front yard landscape project, and we could not be happier with the results. From the start, Jay and Sean really listened to our ideas and design vision. I was especially impressed with how quickly they were able to translate our concepts into a layout - right on the spot - which made choosing them an easy decision. The level of detail in the design was phenomenal. Jay was so patient too - I couldn't decide on the rocks I wanted and he worked with me on that, which I appreciated.

Their crew worked diligently, even during a holiday season, and wrapped up the entire project in about three days. Afterward, we noticed a couple of small things with the turf, and the team was incredibly prompt and attentive in getting everything adjusted.

Steve, our project lead, and Jose, our crew lead, were both fantastic - communicative, professional, and on top of every detail. We truly enjoyed working with everyone involved. Sean and Jay were incredible on the design side. They really listened to what we wanted, not just structurally but aesthetically, and helped us think through how the retaining wall would shape the entire pool area. Their vision turned what could have been just a wall into a true backdrop that elevates our outdoor living space.

Frank, our Crew Lead, ran a tight ship. His team was professional, punctual, and meticulous. You can tell they take pride in their craftsmanship. The block retaining wall around our pool came out clean, solid, and beautifully finished. The pillars and integrated lighting were a huge upgrade. When the sun goes down, the space completely transforms. It extends our evenings and creates an incredible atmosphere for entertaining.

Steven, Silva, and Dakota did a fantastic job managing the project. Communication was clear throughout, timelines were respected, and any questions we had were handled quickly and professionally. That level of coordination made the entire process smooth and stress free.

What we have now is not just a retaining wall. It is the foundation for an expanded entertaining deck and a backyard that feels complete. The lighting, structure, and attention to detail make it feel like a true extension of our home.

Jay and Sean were on time, super professional & extremely knowledgeable about the whole process and worked within my budget. The Crews were amazing, clean, and worked super fast. I felt very comfortable with them they answered all my questions and worked extremely hard. . The crew cleaned up every day and at the end, they did a final walk-through with me to make sure I was 100% satisfied.

I met with Bryan Gallo from Oasis Turf & Hardscape after interviewing several other providers. What immediately set Bryan apart was his ability to translate a vision into a detailed drawing (included in this review) while offering his own creative input. As a fellow designer, I truly appreciated his design expertise and his specific recommendations on which turf products would best suit the project's aesthetic and functional needs.

Midway through the installation, I requested the addition of cast stones. Bryan made the change seamless, coordinating immediately with the foreman and providing a quote for the additional work.

We did encounter one hiccup regarding the rock delivery; Mojave Rose was delivered instead of the Mojave Gold I had requested. When I sent a photo of the discrepancy, Bryan communicated instantly with his colleague, Steve, and they handled the exchange without any pressure to accept the wrong color.

The foreman was a total professional and a 'good sport' throughout the process—he even went above and beyond by offering to dispose of extra cardboard and debris from the property that wasn't even related to their job. I ultimately chose a thinner turf that was actually more cost-effective, and it achieved the exact visual and design feel I wanted.

I highly recommend Oasis Turf & Hardscape for any front or backyard makeover, regardless of scale. I will definitely be using them again for my future projects.

Valley Pacific did an exceptional job turning our bare yard into our dream yard. They built retaining walls and a bar-b-que island, installed pavers, turf, lighting and a putting green. Quality work all around. Plant selections resulted in a beautiful yard, we get many compliments! From planning to finish the team was easy to work with and flexible. Pricing was competitive with high quality
results. Their attention to detail was impressive and appreciated.

So glad we decided on Valley Pacific Landscape! Matt and his team were fantastic from beginning to end. He included me in the process and was communicative along the way. And they got it done in barely over a week! Full irrigation and drip, sod and plants. It all works and it looks beautiful. We couldn't be happier!
Adding a follow up picture about 7 months later where everything has grown and is blooming. We still come home and every single day our beautiful yard puts a smile on our faces. Thanks again Matt and team!

An appt was set for a 9:30-10am consultation on 7/17/24. I sent pictures and a description of work needed. I was here all day and no one showed, called, texted or emailed. Not very professional.

We contacted Valley Pacific Landscape for some drainage issues and were pleasantly relieved to have found them! With all the rain that's come down in SoCal this season, our yard was flooding and to avoid any damage to the house, we had them come out and there hasn't been one puddle since! They even found a drain that had been covered in the grass for years! They were very nice, professional and easy to deal with. Will most definitely be contacting them for future work and would recommend 10 times out of 10! Thanks guys!
