I love cleaning and DANA'S is a good housekeeping business.

They are very reasonably priced and their staff do an excellent job. I've used them multiple times and have never been disappointed.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST. IF I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS I WOULD. THAT HORRIBLE LADY WITH THE BLODE HAIR IS THE WORST. SHE WAS UNPROFESSIONAL TALK THE WHOLE TIME INSTEAD OF WORKING. HAD TO TELL HER TO CLEAN THE SAME SPOTS TWICE. YOU SHOULD KNOW HOW TO DO YOUR JOB. IT WAS SO BAD I JUST TOLD HER TO LEAVE.

worst cleaning service. i tried them twice just to give them a second chance. the woman said she didn't want to clean my bath tub ( i kid you not, it was not that dirty. i only lived in the apartment for a month and i had just cleaned it 2 weeks prior). she didn't want to was dishes. she wanted to use the dish washer because there was too many ( i don't use my dish washer, it doesn't clean well). she didn't want to hang my daughters clothes. EVERY TASK came with a complaint and was done terribly. she suckered me into helping her! hello thats why I am paying you! I don't want to do it!! Then at the end asked me for a tip!!!!!

Dana's housekeeping is awesome! They stand by their work and their promises. Romeo and Cata are simply the best!! I count down the days until they come again! The office staff is always accommodating and helpful!

We have used Dana's for years with success. The front office is courteous and responsive to our needs. The housekeepers provide quality service at an affordable price.

I have been a customer of Dana's for almost 20 years. Lenore is the one I always book my appointments with. What I love about Lenore is I can call the night before or the morning of and she always makes me feel so comfortable and always eager to help me. I have always gotten excellent help and I highly recommend Dana's :)

Dana's always come through to help me with house work.

They have excellent customer service, Lenore and the ladies the send out are responsive and helpful.

Also they use your cleaning supplies so if your an eco-friendly person this works well.

I have been using Dana's for a very long time and have been very pleased with the work ethic and quality of service that they have provided. The personnel always arrive on time and ready to work. No job is too hard for these ladies! The office staff responds to my calls quickly, professionally, and they are always able to meet my cleaning needs.

I have been using Dana's for several years now. The gal who comes out to help me is personable and respectful, very reliable and eager to help. And, she isn't the only employee who has come here, just been here the longest. Every person who came to the house was a delight to work with. The work is always top-notch. I appreciate someone who can come on and enthusiastically complete the "list" without the need for constant direction and then sometimes go above and beyond just because... "it needed to be done".
I plan on using Dana's for all my housekeeping needs and recommend them highly.

Dana's is very dependable. We use them in our business as trustees and court appointed estate administrators to clean up deceased owners properties which can be nightmares. Our real estate agent is always amazed and pleased with Dana's as the workers bring their own cleaning supplies and vacuum and leave the house spotless. We have also had Dana's clean our own home and use our own cleaning supplies so we know firsthand the good job the people they send out do.

I've been with Dana's Housekeeping off and on for about 20 years. Lenore is so helpful and friendly and knows the type of housekeeper I like. I'm very picky and the reason I like Dana's is because if I don't like the first, second, or even third housekeeper that Lenore sends she keeps sending someone until I find the right person that works for me. The pricing is very fair, some of the other housekeeping services that I have used were very expensive and didn't do a very good job. I will always stay with Dana's because of the friendly service and the great housekeepers that they employ. I can't say enough about Lenore because she always is available and works with you to find the best person. Always friendly and if you don't happen to get ahold of her she promptly calls you back. Please call and find out for yourself. You won't be sorry.

Mike was great! Very personable. He repainted our rocks, waterfall & slide. Quality, price & timeline were all met to our satisfaction. I recommend & would hire again.

If you're in need of a deep pool cleaning and rock touch up, Mike with Encore Pools was excellent. He gave me a quote in a timely manner and showed up right on schedule. He cleaned the calcium from my rocks and tiles, touched up my rocks with new paint, and fixed up my slide. He consulted with me multiple times throughout the day to see if I liked the paint colors. He offered knowledgeable opinions when I asked and completed the job in one day. Mike was friendly and professional, and I am very happy with the finished product. My pool looks as good as new! Having worked with other pool companies, Mike was a breath of fresh air. I will definitely hire him for cleaning and painting needs in the future.
