They were so helpful and ready at a moments notice. People I leased my apartment to made a mess but luckily they did a great job and did me a solid by squeezing me into their schedule last minute. It was a little tricky to figure out how to reach my apartment but they made it work and worked quickly.

Great company, they cleaned my sectional couch for me and left it looking almost brand new! The workers were prompt and very nice, they were also wearing gloves, boot covers and masks. So, if your afraid to have anyone out at your house right now because of the Virus, no need to worry with these guys. I will definitely use them again.

Technician was communicative and let us know when he was coming. When he arrived, he was super professional and thorough. Our carpet and upholstery look so good and we’re really happy with how everything came out.

I’ve subcontracted this company several times this year for strip and wax as well as carpet cleaning. The first Job was a strip and wax job that was about 700 sq ft. The owner was not happy with the job because they missed a lot of spots and didn’t do the corners. So they came back and did the job again. It was better the second time but still missed some areas. The second job they did was a commercial carpet cleaning and tile cleaning. It was about 2,000 sq ft. The tile came out good except the corners in the bathrooms. It’s all white until you look at the corners. The carpet had a weird smell after it was done like they didn’t extract most of the water and it was soaked for 3 days. I had them come out and he said it should have dried in 24 hours.
Finally, the last job I had scheduled with them was initially about 900 sq ft. But then the owner last minute says they only want some of the rooms done which would be about 500 sq ft. So Nelson said they aren’t going to do the job because they require a minimum of 1,000 sq ft for a strip and wax job (which they didn’t require that before) and they couldn’t do separate rooms because the chemicals would leak into the hallway. When they quoted me, they quoted each section separately so we were all under the impression that we can choose the sections we wanted done. Now they are saying the whole job needs to be done or nothing? Yeah, I’m looking for another subcontractor now.

I couldn’t be more happy with the service. The crew was incredibly professional and nice, showed on time and helped moving furniture. The carpet looks like new! This saved me thousands of dollars, since I was thinking that our carpet is beyond help. I am simply delighted.

The whole team at Ecofriendly are super sweet and hardworking! I don't trust any other company to come down and shampoo the carpets. Each time we've moved out of an apartment complex we call Ecofriendly (much cheaper than having the complex charge you for it) and we always get our full deposit back. My niece had an accident happen in the back seat of my cousins car and I told her to call Nelson, the owner of Ecofriendly. He was able to squeeze her in immediately and cleaned the mess very quickly. Customer service 💯 Quality job 💯

This is the second time I’ve used their services and I’m extremely satisfied with the way my carpet turned out! Looks brand new! This company is a great find because they respond quickly, they are on time, do a great job and it’s very affordable! Five stars well deserved!

They came to. Lean two area rugs, a sectional and a recliner all of which needed very bad cleaning. We have to doggies not yet house broken and it was a mess. They were able to clean and take the oder out of all the fabrics I was very impressed. I would definitely strongly recommend them.

Spoke with Nelson who gave me a quote over the phone. I appreciated that because to me it’s good business to price the size or item not the location of where it is. Well the moment the tech arrived, he asked the amount that was quoted and said it was too low! He then said that he would speak to his boss “Nelson”. I then text Nelson and said that if he doesn’t honor his quote there’s no need to return. Nelson responded and said he would return. I thought “Great!” A man of his word. NOPE! I was wrong, he returned to say that my couches were purchased for a lot of money and that he doesn’t feel he could do a nice job without charging me more! I then asked him if the price were higher would he then work on my Sofas? He said yes! It didn’t take long for me to know this was the wrong company to call! I was literally shocked that a business would back out of their original quote after noticing the quality or location of my home! So disappointed!
