The Coit service technician, Luis Montes, who came to perform the service on our home, was prompt, polite, and VERY professional. He explained to me what his procedure was going to include, and proceeded to get his system setup, and commenced to getting the job done.
I want to commend him for his level of professionalism and QUALITY OF SERVICE, as his method of applying the Coit treatment was SIMPLY THE BEST! It was truly a pleasure in seeing him tackle this particular job, especially with his preventive steps to protect the house belongings. THIS gentleman represents the Coit team exceptionally well. Great service! Carpets looked great

Isaac and Phil were on time, personable and professional. They explained everything fully and gave us great options. We chose air duct cleaning, carpet cleaning and a dryer duct cleaning. They did efficient and through work.

Very professional and knowledgeable company. All around all the services were done to perfection. With the carpet, area rug, and upholstery cleaning. And getting rid of the odor and pet stains on my carpet, area rug, and upholstery.

Also the call service representative went above and beyond to coordinate a slot for the following day. The technicians who arrived were friendly, professional, patient (I was delayed by traffic) and thorough. They explained each component of the process, and the cost.

So grateful too and impressed by each person I interacted with in this process. Thank you all so much! (Also the place smells amazing!) And would recommend to everyone that needs any cleaning or restoration services to be done by a professional company.
