I used COIT to clean my carpets and sofas. The technician, Chris was very friendly and gave me different options for cleaning and sanitizing since my dog had peed in one area. He was very professional and did an amazing job. Everything looks so great! Highly recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of using COIT's carpet cleaning service, and I must say, the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional.

They were on time and explained all my options. Issac and his team was ready to start working and did an amazing job cleaning my tile and grout, and boy was it dirty! In times like these that we need more companies like COIT to give a fair and affordable price with options and discounts to meet everyone's needs.

The 2 men that cleaned my sofa and chairs did an awesome job. This is not my first time using COIT; however, due to an ongoing construction project, it has been dusty inside where a lot of dust accumulated. They were scrubbing and made sure they did their very best. It looked really good.

Phil and Chris were punctual . They called prior to arriving to give me an ETA, which is really helpful since I’m always running around. They assessed the house GATE gave me an estimate and once I agreed they got to work and cleaned all our vents and gave us recommendations. They were very professional and nice..

Update to my review after getting the grout cleaning service rescheduled…

Pros: The crew that came out for the rescheduled date showed up on time and were very polite and professional. My tile floors do feel cleaner overall.

Cons: I don’t see much difference in the grout lines themselves. In fairness to the crew, I knew my kitchen still wasn’t going to look great when done because that grout has had a lot of things spilled on it over the years (and they made sure to tell me that in case I didn’t know), but I actually can’t tell much of a difference in any of the other areas either. I had gotten the light-colored grout in my hallway cleaned (by Coit, maybe a different affiliate?) a few years ago when I first moved in and it had looked amazing afterwards, almost new again. This time it wasn’t nearly as discolored to start with, so I was hoping for similar results. It turns out that most of the dirty spots didn’t budge, so I’m on the fence about whether getting this done again was actually worth the money.

Unfortunately it doesn’t really dry to the final outcome until long after the technicians are gone or I would have skipped the sealant add-on so I could try grout cleaner on the discolored spots.

Phil called the night before to confirm the time and then was a no call/no show the morning I had scheduled the service. Very unprofessional and a waste of the time off I spent waiting around for him. Will not schedule with this company again unless a different technician is available.

Coit has saved the day. My kids will not be eating on my couches again. I promise you that these couches were gross. Look at them now.

Philll was very nice and very helpful and showed me exactly what was clearly needed to get done. Highly recommended fast and professional service

Blue Spot Carpet Cleaning was amazing! We desperately needed a carpet cleaning with two kids and two dogs. Fernando was friendly and quick to answer my questions and his prices were very reasonable! Cleaned our upstairs bedrooms, stairs and two area rugs in under two hours! I don’t have before and after pics but he did an impeccable job! And my carpet has never smelled cleaner (especially since I have a dog that pees in my bedroom a lot). Thank you Fernando for the excellent job. We appreciate it!

I have always cleaned my own windows but they never looked how I wanted them. I had been using this company for a different service but when they said they offer window cleaning that lasts longer I decided to let them do the windows. I was surprised that the windows did stay clean longer, and also looked much better that when I used to do them. I am now retired from window cleaning my house, I will have them do the windows from now on.

I am very happy with my decision to use Watson Window Washing. I have had my windows cleaned by a man and his wife for a few years but I did not like that they didn't have insurance. They were slightly cheaper than Watson Window Washing but Watson Window Washing's quality was so much better. And I have the peace of mind that they have insurance.

Carpet was really dirty. He cleaned it really good and it looks like new now.

These guys did an excellent job. Very professional and honest. This is my new designated carpet cleaner. 👍🏽👍🏽
