Just built our pool about a year ago and have used Mikes Pool Service since. They are reliable, and knowledgeable about pools. Their system is great, clean everything and then send an email explaining what they did with a picture of the pool. Our pool is always clean, and our equipment is up to date. MIKES POOL SERVICE has been servicing my pool for over a year now. This was the most stress free summer and I enjoyed my pool more this past summer than any other because of this companies dedication to keeping my pool in tip top shape. Nothing but the best!!! Mike is great! Super responsive when reaching out with questions and concerns! Mike has been nothing but helpful with all my questions surrounding pool concerns! Mike and Joseph have been awesome in steering our pool into a sparkling looking oasis!!!! Joseph is always on time and great on the maintenance he has done on his weekly visit!!
Lastly, let me not forget on how Mike repaired our pool pump leak, came and voila pool pump is running like new! Thank you Mike and team on making it so easy on owning a pool and literally just worrying about enjoying it in this hot weather!!

Mikes pool service is amazing! we use them for our pool and jacuzzi. We got set up with them one day when the plug fell out and caused my pool to drain into the street. They happened to be servicing my neighbors pool at that same. They came running over to the rescue. We have been using them sense. Anytime I call needing help, they are here quickly. My pool always looks beautiful. I love that they send reports of the chemical levels when they service as well.

Mikes pool service is very reliable and the service techs are knowledgeable. This is my second week with Mike’s Pool Service. So far it’s been amazing! For the initial service, Mike himself came out to introduce himself and tell me more about his business. He knows a lot about how to properly service a pool. The monthly rate that they charge is hard to beat. Very good rates for very good service. Everything with owning a pool is super easy thanks to Mike and his team. All I have to do is just enjoy it and that is it! I will be having them come around for a very long time.

I recently moved to Riverside and a first time pool owner, so I wasn’t t familiar with how pools work. Luckily, I received a flyer for Mike’s Pool Service so I reached out and briefly spoke with Mike and we made arrangements for him to come and check out my pool and pool equipment. Mike was great, right off the bat he was easy to talk with, he tested the water levels and was very informative in explaining things about my pool equipment. He was clear about the services he offers and thought it was reasonably priced and I got a good vibe from him so decided to use his service. For the last 2 months he’s been great. He’s there when I have questions and quick to respond. Would highly recommend.

Mike's pool Service has been maintaining my pool for several years. They are reliable and reasonably priced! Mike always responds immediately when I contact him. I love receiving an email each week letting me know they have serviced my pool and they include a picture of the clean pool! They even enjoy visiting with my dogs when the come! I would recommend them highly!

Been bounced around between pool services , Priority being the most recent, they been using the same employee named Logan, Hes been keeping my pool clean, amazingly during the high winds and fire that destroyed Pacific Palisades most recently.. They repaired a valve on my filter, I guess it wore out during their watch so they replaced it...am waiting to see more amazing things in the future

This company is the pinnacle of pool service and professionalism. If you want a company that is not only fair, but down to earth and genuine, then choose PRIORITY POOLS. THese guys not only keep your pool spotless, but they ACTUALLY COMMUNICATE WITH YOU BY A METHOD THAT MOST OF US HAVE FORGOTTEN TO DO> PHYSICALLY TALK. THEY services my pool and my neighbors, and we both have nothing but positive words about them.
Personally, I'm a old school person. My thoughts circle around respect, dignity, and honor. I don't cheat or burn anyone. I'm a stand up, honest dude. That's how this company operates. This company is the best I've done business with, which is why I would even consider paying them if my pool was being renovated and they weren't able to service it. The personbyou wanna contact is Hunter. He's that guy. Request to have Logan or Ian do your servicing. Both guys are very knowledgeable and good spirited. Was I paid to give this review, you might ask? Two words-HELL NO! I give credit and respect to those that earn and deserve it! Call up Priority, ask for Hunter, and never worry about your pool again....they're that dam good and sincere....

After Priority Pools took over Mikes pool service I thought id become just another customer and prices would just go up. So far it has been nothing like that, priority has been great, they answer back within a reasonable time, if you're having issues or have a question. They are there when they say they will be and if they aren't the communication is still there. I've had a great experience and will continue to give them my business.

Priority Pool Service does a great job. Hunter and his team are customer orientated and always responsive. The guys show up every week, send photos of the finished cleaning and leave the pool looking great.
