When I say it's the little things that matter they sure do! Yesterday I had set an appointment with a different company from 2 weeks prior and they never called and never showed up. I had cleared everything off the carpet and was so upset because it was hard work. THANK GOD! Ruben came and saved the day. It was last minute and on a Sunday! I am so grateful. He drove quite a distance to get the job done. I was so happy!!! Ruben did an excellent job and was very kind and professional. Gotta give props to Julio as well for making all this happen. Wonderful job! Jose was on time, kept in contact until arrived. Price was very reasonable. My carpet and table chairs upholstery smelled amazingly fresh! The one thing that caught my eye was the protection they placed on the corners of my walls so they would not get damaged! All in all will definitely use JC Steemers carpet cleaning in the future.

JC Steemers company is amazing. First reason, Julio, the owner: was very flexible with scheduling me within the next day of my initial call to make an appointment with their services. Julio walked me through everything they do to clean my carpets and charged such a reasonable price especially in this economy! It was amazing! The two professional (yes I’d call them that because they did their job/ work so fantastic), their names are Ruben and Oscar. They came out to my house today from this company and provided the cleaning of carpets service for both up and downstairs of my home and left it looking spectacular! Not to mention, it smelt so refreshing when you walked in my home and seen the nice pattern they left in the carpet after done cleaning it. I am beyond satisfied with their service. The cherry on top is they were very nice, prompt with their arrival and diligent with their work but in a timely matter. They were fast but good outcome!

I like my carpet cleaned every 6 months or so, and Oscar and Ruben are usually the ones to take care of us. These guys are always on time (or early), they are professional, friendly, and get the job done right. We don’t wear shoes in our home, so keeping our carpet clean is super important to us, and Oscar and Ruben alway comes through.

WOOOOOW!!!! Jose and Eunice did such an AMAZING job with my washing and steam cleaning my carpet. They did 6 rooms and a hallway and we have extremely heavy foot traffic and several German Shepherd’s inside the house so you can just imagine the amount of dirt and stains that I had. I’m so impressed with their work and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. I’m also having them come back out and wash and clean my travertine floors. Rest assure if your looking for a good company to wash your carpet and get your moneys worth call these guys. Worth every penny and more. They work very hard in removing stains. My daughter painted her room and the dogs ran in stepped in paint and got it in the carpet. They removed 90% of it when honestly I didn’t even think it was going to come off. I wish I would have taken a pic of before and after so you could have seen it. I’m telling you these guys are the ones to call and get your carpet steamed cleaned. I contacted JC Steemers through Facebook to have my carpet cleaned and scheduled an 8:00 a.m. appointment. The technician, Ruben, arrived early, in uniform, and fully prepared. I showed him my carpet and explained my concerns about several stains. He assured me not to worry and that it would look great. After his hard work, the carpet looked better than new.
