Price was good, but the professionalism was bad. Can't keep enough staff to keep the maintenance up. Had back and forth arguments with customer service over not telling me everything that's wrong with my pool system. Only wanted to argue about the things they did tell me about which I fixed myself already. Postponed weekly maintenance and didn't want to compensate me for it. I rather do my own maintenance if I'm going to have this much of a fuss.

James is an excellent technician. He stays on top of the maintenance required and advocates for the appropriate investments.

They don’t vacuum my pool good. They don’t treat my water good. It’s either no chlorine or very acidic and they don’t treat phosphate. They don’t clean my filter and don’t add chlorine tabs. They broke my canopy today and tried to leave without saying anything. This ignore servicing my pool on week before July 4th. I’m disappointed and do not recommend them.

He’s very good at keeping our pool clean. It’s an old pool and he really does a great job!

I was so happy to find PoolGenX. They took such excellent care of my pool, even when I had renters and I lived out of state. They always made sure the pool was clean and the equipment was operating properly, and they were really good about letting me know right away if there was an issue.
I would certainly recommend them to any pool owner.

Dane called ahead to make sure there were no pets loose. He worked efficiently and I saw him bush the walls of the pool which I appreciated. He was better than the previous pool cleaner. I was happy with his work.

George does a really good job with our pool and is very knowledgeable about our pool system. Always provides great service and we have never had any complaints. Keep up the good work George!!

5 stars well earned. My pool is ready to use everyday of the week and twice on Sundays. You’ll never have an issue with quality and timeliness, like clockwork. Best pool service around.
