I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to this time. The cleaners were amazing, super polite, worked fast, and paid attention to every little detail.

Everything went so smoothly from start to finish. Booking was easy, the team showed up right on time, and they made the whole process completely stress-free.

They were not very detialing for a deep clean. We had to report with a bunch of photos showing exactly how many were missed. They finally caved and sent someone back to take care of some of the areas. Just such a waste of time.

Had my house cleaned today and I couldn’t be more happier . They did a great job and were very polite and considerate to the fact that my husband is recovering from a brain surgery and was asleep. Definitely will be using their services again .

Great service responds quickly and is truly there for the customer. Highly recommend their services and would use again if needed

Antonio is miserable to work with. He doesn't respond or listen to issues or concerns you have. The cleaners slack and cut corners. We have been dealing with them for over a month trying to get things cleaned properly and they still fail. If someone replaced Antonio this place might have a chance.

Avoid them and save yourself the headache.

DO NOT RESERVE WITH THEM. We called them 1 hour after the expected arrival time and they said oh sorry we had a bigger deep clean came up and we prioritized them because it was more money. NO NOTICE, NOTHING. We would've not have known they did not plan on skipping out until we called them. HORRIBLE.

This maids modern cleaning company is the worst company for cleaning. They lie to me for them to get my contract. They have not completed the work promise per the invoice. I have submitted a formal complaint.
Also they did a terrible job cleaning my house. I payed them for deep cleaning and the lady's that showed up didn't know about. They just did a regular cleaning. Please don't hire this cleaning company and save your self a bad experience. Thank you

READ THE REAL 1 STARS before booking. We had a move out scheduled and they sounded great until 1 hour after our schedueld time no one was there. We called in and they said shes "right around the corner' After another 30 minutes we called in and they didnt answer anymore. They STILL Charged our card.

I booked a deep cleaning last week, and I’m genuinely amazed at the results. They were respectful of my space, thorough in every room, and left everything smelling fresh. It’s rare to find a team this dependable and friendly.

I highly recommend Maids Modern! We had a small issue, and Antonio immediately made it right, sent his team back the next morning and kept me updated the whole time. The place looked spotless after. Excellent service and true professionalism!

I highly recommend Maids Modern. The owner Antonio is so conscientious. We hired Maids Modern for an apartment move out service. Due to car troubles, the original crew could not show up. He was only able to send one crew member to do the job. We were unhappy with the results. I called Antonio to let him know. Firstly, he was very apologetic; he sent out his whole crew the next morning to redo the entire job! During the entire process, he stayed in touch with me; sent me photos and informed me when they finished. Upon completion he went as far to tell me if the inspector for the apartment found anything unsatisfactory, to direct it to him . I can’t speak more highly about this experience. The final job was excellent. You will be in the best hands using Maids Modern!

Horrible experience, we hired this company for a DEEP cleaning of our trailer they went out to the location of the trailer to look at it and give us a price so we hired them. I was then told the cleaning lady would be there from 8-8:30am however it was 9:30am and no one had showed up, I messaged the company and they stated the messed up and they would be there from 10:30-11:30am and they didn’t show up until 12:15pm. The cleaning lady then stated that she was only there for a dusting so I had to contact the owner and they stated that no it was a deep cleaning I even had the contract I signed so they had to communicate to her that it was a deep cleaning and had to take her extra equipment for the deep cleaning. After she left I assumed which was bad in my part that she did the job she had went to do however when I went to look at the trailer I was confused on what she did because nothing was wiped down there was trash everywhere she supposedly vacuumed yet there was trash on the carpet the cabinets where still dirty and had trash inside and I had to clean the entire trailer myself after paying $230. I do not recommend this company, if this is how they left my trailer I can only imagine how they would leave a house after a deep cleaning. I want a refund the service was horrible.

Just had my dryer vent serviced by this company Andrew is very professional and punctual, knows his stuff and changed out some parts of my dryer vent that needed upgrading. He left everything back how it was and cleaned. Everything up completely showed me before and after pictures of the work he completed Highly Recommend using this company and especially Andrew for the job will be using him again.

Great service and super easy to book, showed up on time and did a great job he was supper safe about everything, especially about going up on the roof make sure not to damage everything and was very careful. Highly recommend recommended.
