I love getting my house cleaned by Maids Modern! Sylvia does a stalker job including making my bed, cleaning the bathrooms, kitchen, vacuuming, etc. In addition my favorite thing is I don’t have to take out the trash! I love coming home to a sparkling house every Wednesday! Highly recommend!

I’m not impressed. I have been using their service since December 2023 so not too long but they’re very inconsistent. It’s someone different each time. I never know what to expect. Sometimes they make the beds (not very neatly). Sometimes they don’t. It never smells clean afterwards. They striped the finish off one of my kitchen counters in a small area, they set whatever cleaning supplies they were using on top of my hamper which leaked into it and damaged a sweater that was inside. They clean the surface but don’t rinse so it leaves a gritty film on my counters. I hired them because I’m in so much pain physically but I can do a better job cleaning on my own. When talking to friends who have much bigger houses than me they are shocked at how much I pay for what I’m getting. Time to find a new cleaning service.

The couple sent out to clean a vacant rental for me were outstanding. Gilbert and his wife exceeded my expectations. I would use them again in a minute.

My first experience just occurred and I’m already going to book the second cleaning. Diana was energetic. She cleaned the shower very well. So I’m requesting her again. The communication with the office is very easy. They have followed through with my schedule change. So I’m happy.

I have been with Maids modern for years and I’ve always come home to a clean house! They do a great job and highly recommend them.

I am disappointed as they seemed to have good reviews, and from the get-go, I let Antonio know that I was interested in a Move-In/ Deep Cleaning service; the cleaners came over, looked around, and said they were not very well informed on the situation. Cool, they call Antonio. Antonio comes with the needed stuff and helps, and it seems things are going okay. They didn’t finish the job, and Antonio said they would finish the job the following day and advised me to keep in touch. I kept asking through messages what time they would be available, and THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO ME! He said he would call in a timely manner and never did. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND. I got charged the full price, and the job wasn’t done. If anybody from Maids Modern wants PROOF of these messages, please contact me.

I’ve had service for 6 months. Once a month. 4 of them I had to request another cleaner. They skip a lot of stuff, don’t wipe down or dust. several problems. Today Is the last time. There were 2 ppl that did. great. All staff are very nice they just don’t clean well

I had a big messy problem. So I've had a lot of medical issues, which has me just barely able to take care of myself with basic day to day needs. So I haven't been able to take care of even basic upkeep of my home for years. Well, I finally had enough and decided to reach out and get the help I needed.

So, I finally decided to search for a home cleaning service near me by using Google Maps. I looked at and reached out to a few businesses. But the only one that I could get a hold of without waiting hours or days was Maids Modern. I was helped immediately and was able to have an in home estimate by the next morning. I got a great price, and was able to set up an appointment for the next business day. They were all very kind, professional, quick yet thorough in cleaning up my home. It looks amazing now! I highly recommend Maids Modern. Thanks again!
