The guys who showed up were very knowledgeable on their products and could answer all of my questions. They did a thorough job and my carpets look fantastic. Prices are simple and straightforward which was nice. They even were able to do a last minute addition to clean my couch. I would recommend them and use them again.

My experience has always been topnotch. I’ve hired Robert over the years, to clean my carpets, couch, and tile & grout. I’ve never been disappointed. The latest work he performed, was on my tile & grout. I had family coming into town, and when they saw the floor, they thought we re-tiled. The only downside is that I’m killing myself to keep it this way! Robert and his crew are very polite, professional, and personable. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with them. We’ll be scheduling another cleaning shortly!

Robert and his team did a great job on short notice. As soon as I called for the first time they were quick to pick up, answer any questions and schedule an appointment for a couple days after! Before they arrived, they were very thorough in their communication as far as their expected arrival time and when they were pulling up. The service and communication did not stop there. When they arrived, they took a look around and let us know exactly what their game plan was and what to expect. When they finished the job they confirmed satisfaction and reiterated what we needed to do and were on their way. Very professional and prompt. Definitely would use Fresh Dry again and highly recommend!

FreshDry came out to clean the carpet throughout our home. Robert was prompt, courteous and the results were absolutely fantastic. The carpet looks fresh and clean.... we are repeat customers and we will definitely call them again for service in the future.

Great service! First, the initial interaction with the customer service rep, Benay, was fantastic. She was very pleasant and helpful. I was able to receive service within a day of my call even with the busy holiday. The technician, Josh, was very professional, responsive and pleasant. He did an amazing job on my rugs and I couldn’t be happier. Nice job and company all around and 5 star customer service!

I've used FreshDry twice now. Both times they have taken my carpet and made it look brand new again. My stairs were completely stained and covered in dog hair. I hadn't gotten them vacuumed yet by the time they arrived. They went ahead and took care of the vacuuming and cleaning of them and got all the huge dark stains out. Robert was professional and courteous. He contacted me prior to the day to ensure the appointment was still on and then he also called when he was on his way. I would 100% recommend them and use them again.

Robert is always professional, shows up when he says he will and it is super easy to schedule an appointment. He is knowledgeable about the services he is providing and is more than willing to answer any of your questions. My carpet always looks great when he's finished and the products he uses doesn't have an overwhelming smell. I would definitely recommend his services!

We’ve been using this service for a couple of years now and they usually do a good job with our carpet cleaning, but this last time we were lucky to get Joseph Aguilera as our technician and he was exceptionally amazing. We have young boys who spill and make big messes. Joseph did a very thorough job, making our carpet and our couch look brand new! I hope we can get him every time!!

This was hands-down the best carpet cleaning service we have used in 20 years. We had not cleaned in several years (due to the pandemic) and we live in a rural community with a lot of dust and a dirt driveway so they had their work cut out for them. They were on-time, efficient and professional and treated the home with care and respect. They also cleaned the kitchen tile grout and it now looks like new. I am thoroughly enjoying my clean home. Special kudos to the two guys who did all the work here! I very sincerely highly recommend FreshDry and will be using them again next year.

I’m absolutely thrilled with the work from Fresh Dry and rep Robert! He was a true professional and his work ethic was outstanding! My carpet is clean and looks as good as it did the day I purchased it! He also cleaned my sofa which was 9y/o. Initially I thought my sofa needed to be replaced, but to my surprise after one cleaning, my sofa was revitalized! Now it looks brand new! I truly recommend Fresh Dry for carpet and sofa cleaning. You won’t be disappointed with their service!

AMAZING SERVICE! Professional, clean, and quick. Communicated for appointment, he was a little earlier than scheduled, but made sure it was ok first. Robert made sure we knew what they were doing and that our carpet would be revived and fresh again since we were just moving in to our new home. Robert and his other Co worker were awesome! Very friendly and did an excellent job on my carpets! I will definitely use them again and refer to everyone I know! They were on time actually ahead of schedule and got me finished quick! They were referred to me by my aunt so I was happy with the job they did!

Absolutely not!! This company is a waste of time. The communication was off for weeks. This company has really gone downhill. The van was leaking oil so bad in my driveway the driver had to put a towel or mop head of somesort underneath so it wouldn't stain it. Then omg.. the results were horrible. The stains came back within a week and the upstairs didn't even look like he touched it. I should have known better to go and look but I stayed downstairs and did my work then when he was done I left to get my kids. To make matter worse he left the door open for a very long time and a dang bird flew into my house. It was such a mess and this company needs to give up. I want my money back.

We've been using FreshDry carpet cleaning service for years and don't plan on changing. The first time we had them at our house, someone had spilled orange soda on the carpet. I told the serviceman that I bet my boyfriend if the stain didn't come out, I was getting new carpet. He apologized and said, "I'm sorry to tell you that you're going to lose that bet' and he was right! He got the stain out and it never came back. We've had numerous pets over the years that left multiple stains on the carpet for a variety of reasons and FreshDry comes through every time! They're always on time, professional, friendly and the service has never wavered throughout the years. 5 big stars!

Gerardo was servicing a neighbor today and I walked over after his was done to see if he could give me a quick qoute before he left the job. Very friendly and he quickly accommodated me with my request.

He gave me a very affordable price so I hired them on the spot for same day service. Very professional equipment and I felt comfortable immediately.

He worked hard and my carpets came out great. We have Bulldogs and our carpets were well over due for a serious steam cleaning.
When he completed the job our carpets looked great and were 100% odor fee.
Nice fresh and clean.

I had another company come out first for dog urine on an area rug, that company made the smell worse. Fresh Dry came out this evening, and were great! The smell is completely gone & my carpet looks like new! The Tech was very polite & cleaned up. I will definitely use them again!
