Representative was very professional. The carpet looked very good, beyond my expectation. It’s an older carpet, and I did not have a lot of confidence that it would look, as good as it did. Another plus, is that the carpet did dry rather quickly. Thank you Kwik Dry!

First I was quoted $188 for 5 rooms house including hallway. I spent Almost an hour with the lady scheduling the appointment explaining that there was no hallway and could I get an are rug cleaned instead. Oh course I was told yes. On the day the technicians came (Oct 9) David one of the technicians increased the price to $278 including the area rug. We end of paying $233 because they ran out of time (11:30 am), guess they couldn’t miss lunch.
Second I wasn’t happy with the result. I explained about the high traffic areas that we particular wanted careful attention to. Upon inspection of the cleaned carpet I was greatly surprised and impressed, I could have done a better job. I chose this carpet cleaning company because of their 5 star rating, What a JOKE! False and misleading ratings. Save your money! Don’t get fooled like myself with their false 5 star ratings.Keep looking for your carpet

they over charge for chemical that they don’t provide it’s all word and it’s plain water for their chemical!! Screw them !!!!
