This is my second time getting my carpets cleaned by Joe from Certified SteemPro, and once again he did an amazing job. Oh my god! I am extremely happy and beyond satisfied with Joe for his incredible carpet cleaning in my 4 bedrooms, hallway and stairs. I have 4 dogs who had accidents in my room- there was pee and poop-but after Joe’s work, everything is spotless. My rooms are super clean, smell fresh, and the carpets look brand new, like nothing ever happened. Joe is informative, professional and great at communicating. I’ve never seen a carpet cleaning service do such an amazing job. I was not only thrilled with the results, but also pleasantly surprised by the very reasonable price for such high quality work. They did an AMAZING job and it looks like new! The carpet had a lot of pet stains and odor and I can’t believe it’s the same carpet. I highly recommend them, especially if you’ve got a challenging job and need it done right. The technician was really nice, professional, personable, explained everything and went ABOVE AND BEYOND helping accommodate my mom who has Alzheimer’s and her caregiver to make sure everything was done right. I really can’t thank him enough.

I really really appreciate the work Joe did. I had secured a rug down onto my carpet with rug tape. Learn from me and never ever ever use that rug tape. My main concern was getting the sticky residue off of the carpet. Joe worked diligently to get the sticky residue off the surface. He also did a great job of deep cleaning the carpets. We WILL be using his service again. THANK YOU JOE!

Our house doesn’t have a lot of carpet, just the stairs, and we initially hired Joe back in 2017 or 2018 because he was the only one who would take the job. I just recently hired him again to do the stairs, and a bunch of our upholstery on our couches and sectionals. This was I believe our third time going back to Joe with Pure Solutions. As usual, he did a great job. I was contacted when he was in route, he arrived during the slated window, he was clean, courteous, and professional. We will continue to go to Pure Solutions for our future needs.

Joe did an amazing job! He was right on time, explained everything clearly, and completely exceeded our expectations. We had lots of pet stains, and I was sure the carpet wasn’t salvageable — but he made it look and smell brand new. Can’t recommend him enough — we’ll definitely call him again for our next cleaning!

I have used Joe many times to clean my carpet! He is always professional and so very helpful when I have questions. Last year I wanted Joe to stretch my old carpet to remove some wrinkles. I had polyester carpet that was about 8-10 years old. It was worn and wrinkled and had some bad traffic areas. He explained the difference of polyester and nylon and suggested I get new carpet. I was lucky to find a great deal on new nylon carpet. I'm am so very happy that I took his advice. I love my new carpet that I got last year. Unfortunately in January some chemicals were spilled and made a spot. I had Joe clean my carpet last week and he was not sure it would come out but you can see from the photos that it did!!! Thank you again Joe

Joe has cleaned my couch and loveseat on three occasions and has done an amazing job. It’s cleaned to perfection! His prices are reasonable, he always comes within the given timeframe, and is a super nice person to communicate with. I would highly recommend Joe!

We’re Very Happy!!!! We rent and the carpets are off-white and we have pets. I have done spot cleaning as best I could, but knew I needed a professional cleaning service. Our service technician was very nice and professional. He did a fabulous job, I can’t believe how clean my carpets are! The spots I thought would never come out are gone! I will definitely recommend Kwik Dry to my friends and I will definitely use them again!
