I am overly pleased with the workmanship of Mike and his team of professionals! I had an ugly gap just beneath the sidewalk and rim of the pool at the tile line. The gap is NO more! I am so happy with the repair. It makes my pool look brand new!!! The tile looks amazing where they replaced the cracked ones. Also, Mike replaced 2 drain covers without me having to have the added cost of refilling the pool. He went diving! This cost for all this work was so reasonable too!!! This company will be my go to for all future repairs because the repairs will definitely come!! You will do yourself a solid by selecting this company!!!

Mike and Paul’s pool magic were Soo professional and did an ahmazing job on our pool. 👍🏼 It was really in poor shape and now it sparkles . Really happy I went with Paul's Pool Magic. I called around and did my research, most places didn't have a dedicated person to answer the phone. I was impressed by Mike giving me a solid quote and what I needed with out trying to up sale anything. I'm super happy with the quality of my new Pool equipment with automation and LED Lights, plus my pool re-plaster came out great. Mike and his team at Paul's Pool Magic always went above and beyond in the scope of what I needed for my job, from matching the tiles on the re-plaster to checking on the pool after the job was complete. It was nice to hear about the types of extra features I can add to my system, so I'll be looking into some automation upgrades and maybe a Spa tablet in the future. 5 stars for sure! If your pool system needs help, Paul's Pool Magic can make it right and maintain it properly with a great team that loves working on pools!

I called Paul’s Pool Magic a couple weeks ago because my pump stopped working and they came out and replaced it. The woman in office was very pleasant to speak with. I also hired them to service my pool weekly. They send me weekly reports along with pictures. After going through a couple of pool companies I finally found a reliable and affordable company. I couldn’t be more happier.

I was not going to post a review of my experience with Paul’s pool magic until a new office manager for Paul’s contacted me by “phone”, demanding payment for services she felt had not been paid. I tried to explain the circumstances, but she kept interrupting me. She was rude and condescending and didn’t want to hear anything I had to say. I told her I kept all correspondence with the company and had the invoice with the credited amount for the month in dispute. She snidely said I look forward to seeing it. Then she immediately sent two invoices.

Forty minutes later, she contacted me by “text” to tell me she found the invoice saved by the last office manager and it would reflect for my final bill. (Thank you, last office manager!)

It tells me something when a companies priority is it’s invoice over the quality of its work.

I canceled service after repeated attempts over two weeks to contact your company with “no reply”.
Your “Pool Service” person has not properly maintained the pool for months. There were biting bugs living in the pool. At night with the lights on it was cloudy with millions of particles floating in the water. Your man would walk through active running water features with his street shoes on.
Your pool person also used a chlorine float for my saltwater pool.
I was never placed on a schedule for filter cleaning. This is for a service I carried for almost a year without one late payment. When the last office manager chose to contact me after I canceled my service. I informed them of all my issues and that’s why I received the credit. Personally, I think it should’ve been more.

I archived all correspondence with your company. Unfortunately, something has wiped out all the attachments. I realize your company has/had serious computer issues in the past.
This is the subject matter of the last correspondence your company sent.
I paid for the product’s purchased, and the service rendered at that time. The prior month’s service was credited.

The best pool service ever! This company is professional and reliable, going over and above any expectations. I never have to worry about the maintenance of the pool at my rental property. They personalize my service by sending me an email or a doorhanger, to let me know what they have done on each weekly visit. What I really appreciate is whenever I call the business, someone always answers the phone, and I have never had to leave a message in a voice mailbox for someone to call me back. We were new in town, had a pool service that started out good and went to horrible real quick. Called Duncan’s and we have had them doin our pool service for close to a year now! Very knowledgeable, they do a great job. If I ever have a question they are quick to respond. Makes sure everything is up and running! Would never recommend anyone else!

Let me start out by saying this pool service is the best bar none. When I first hired Duncan's pool service I came away from another pool company that shall remain nameless. They totally bombed my services. My pool a was a mossy mess, and cody aka owner came and gave me a free analysis after hours never the less. He gave me some alternatives to get it back on track he even went and purchased the kit that I needed out of his own pocket and let me pay later. Within 5 days my pool was the clearest I had ever seen it. Since then I've been with Duncan's for about 6 months now. It's great service for a fair price. Always shows up on time and always very pleased when they leave. Don't bother shopping around he's got the best prices in town. And by far the most experience...
