We can see a huge difference between Sylvia compared to the previous janitor. Floor, bathroom, wall, are spotless clean. We don't have to tell her if things aren't clean. She does it automatically. Thank you for sending a great janitor.

Very, very displeased with this outfit. After sacrificing much of my personal time, energy, honest and diligent hard work, and effort, I was treated UNFAIRLY and disgracefully by OctoClean's management. Their management, GREG, the pathetic LIAR, especially, is sorely lacking and deficient in judgment matters, leadership skills, training, knowledge, and the process of equitable evaluation of performance. The so called, guidance that I received was absent of coherence and system. The COO is an elitist, quite the snot, to be frank. His "open door" policy is chaff and illusion. Pure PHONY!!!
I tried earnestly but never found him assessable or available on any occasion to meet with me or speak with me regarding my concerns.
Update: Okay, so you've moved up. A larger place on Spruce Street , Spruce and Chicago to be more precise. Doesn't mean that you're any better or any more deserving.
You are STILL low lifes and creeps, especially that punk Greg who from out of left field, out of the blue uttered to me, "We're gonna go ahead and letcha go today", without any real warning.
Very contemptible excuse for a human being this one is. Quite the loathsome and sophomoric screwball, too.

We use Octoclean janitorial services at our class A building and we really appreciate how responsive they are when we have any special requests. Our tenants have stated how pleased they are that the building is kept so clean.

We were very disappointed with our service from OctoClean. Unfortunately the franchise your area, so if the person that owns your territory does not do a good job, they do not have any other options for you. We had our building left open over night, cleaner just not show up, and when he did only did partial work. We tried to rectify the situation, clarify our expectations, but once our building was left un-secure, we had to move on.

OctoClean came in and clean our office with little notice and did an amazing job. The techs were very professional and responsive. Great company and they do great work.

We have worked with OctoClean since 2015 and have never had any complaints. They continue to please us with each team that comes out to service our units. Everything is always left spotless and better than new.

I had a fantastic experience with OctoClean- from the moment I walked it I was treated with respect (hard to come by for a woman in this industry!) and their knowledge and professionalism is top notch. I worked with several employees, and realized quickly that not only are they a second generation family owned business, but they treat EVERYONE like family- this is such a refreshing change. They have a new office (I will post some pictures below) that really allows for easy meetings and a warm, welcoming feeling for clients. Aside from the general stuff- they are informed, courteous, professional and responsive (I assume this is obvious because I gave them 5 stars)- they actually go above and beyond by involving themselves and contributing a lot to the community here in Riverside. This is one of the primary reasons I try to support local, family owned businesses- not only do your tax dollars stay local, but you get to contribute to time/effort/financial support that is making the Inland Empire a great place to live & work. It's not often that I am this impressed with a company's work ethic and treatment of customers, so I had to take a minute to give them some well earned kudos. I can't recommend OctoClean highly enough!

This is my first time using my maids. I will definitely call them again to do my routine cleaning. They are very professional and take pride in their job! Excellent!!!

I was searching for a cleaning service to clean up my apartment for a move and stumbled upon My Maids. The lady answering phone was very friendly and quoted me a very reasonable price. I was not present at the time of cleaning but they did an incredible job.

The ladies respected my home even though I wasn't present. My apartment looked so clean and it even smelled fresh too. They took great care of my possessions and they went above and beyond of what I expected. I highly recommend My Maids for regular cleanings.
