I use Paul’s pool magic for weekly pool maintenance and they are very professional. I had some problems with valves not working and Mike was able to come and evaluate in a timely manner and diagnose the problem and fix at a reasonably price. I would recommend them to all 😊

My husband and I started using Paul's Pool Magic earlier this summer to manage all the pools for our rental properties in the Riverside and Corona area. We recently used Paul’s pool magic to replace our pool lights. The price was very reasonable and the quality of work was outstanding to say the least. They did such a good job we decided to fire our old pool guy for regular service and now use Paul’s Pool magic for all of our pool needs.

I had a problem with my pump and although they don’t service my area they called me back and Mike came out the next day and replaced the pump. I was planning on replastering my pool so Mike gave me an estimate which was very reasonable. I decided to go ahead with the project. They drained the pool the next day and began the demo the following day. The whole project was done in exactly one week. I was impressed with their service and the quality of their work. Both Nicole and Mike were wonderful and I would highly recommend this company.

I had a fairly good experience w/ this pool co until they told me only one week in advance last month they were no longer serving my area! They said they’d finish the last week of service but didn’t. Just gave back my gate keys. They left my pool a mess, my filter was leaking & my salt cell too eventho they said they’d cleaned it a few weeks before it had not been cleaned as it was packed w/ salt but I paid for the service. It was leaking due to a broken cap made by over tightening so my new pool service had to fix both issues. I called this co many times w/ no response & I emailed them w/ no response eventho they emailed me a bill of over 300 despite the above issues. The owner called me back once when I was in ICU w/ my ex-husband so I couldn’t take his call. I texted & emailed my situation but no follow up to my email. They didn’t want to respond to my complaints in writing. I was just told that the owner will only call me when he can & that there’s no more back & forth. He has never responded to my emails about the above issues so there’s been no “back & forth” & this has been very traumatic for me on top of my ex in ICU. I didn’t need all these pool issues plus finding a new pool co w/ my ex & taking care of his home & pets & bathroom remodel for ADA

Mike in response to your words below since there is nowhere else to write to you except to edit my review you never answered my texts or emails. I asked repeatedly to get an answer about the above issues in writing and you refused. I was told my pool was to be cleaned the last week of the month since you said you were no longer servicing my area just a week before which was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The technician brought the keys to me & we had a pleasant convo at my front door. It was not an "unsafe" situation as you falsely claim. I thought he had already cleaned the pool then realized he hadn't and reached out to your co with no response from you. You have falsely accused me of harassments & threats? I was repeatedly asking you why you left my pool uncleaned, the salt cell packed and I didn't see any pics of it cleaned from 2 weeks prior when I was told it had been cleaned. My new pool co pointed out that both the filter was leaking and the salt cell cap was leaking which I also texted and emailed you about but again no response from you. I got one call from you when I was in ICU with my ex & I couldn't answer it. I have been trying to talk with you since Oct when you dropped me with just a weeks notice. I have repeatedly reached out with texts and emails to get this resolved. I was waiting for your call today since you didn't respond in text or email as I had asked for a written response yet you chose to respond here in writing but not to me directly. You could've called me all day today and yet you did not. I have been dismissed repeatedly and so why I finally wrote a review because I was told you would not respond to my email which had valid points to resolve. I am still waiting

Mike and Paul's Pool Magic refurbished our pool. Mike provided advice, samples and ideas to guide us through the decision making process. Then they did the job they said they would do, when they said they would do it. There were no excuses, delays or cost overruns and the workmanship of the final product was very good. I'd definitely use them again for a pool project.

After seeing all the 5 star reviews for them , I decided to call them for pool leak detection. This was after 2 big companies failed to find the source of leaks. Paul’s pool magic does not provide service in my area but after listening to my story and after some persuasion they agreed to come out and take a look and at a reasonable fee. The lady Nicole was very professional, responsive and helpful. I had to reschedule my appointment last minute but they did not mind that and were just as pleasant. They don’t seem to be a big company that just wants their money. These people will listen to your story and will try to help you out. They care about their reputation. I would have definitely signed up for their weekly pool maintenance service as well if they serviced my area. Thankyou Paul’s Pool Magic!
Update: Mike came for the appointment and in the 1st visit he diagnosed the problem and the second visit he fixed it. I needn't say anymore!

Very happy with the service from Paul’s Pool Magic on our recent remodel. We had our 20 year old pool remodeled with new concrete coping, new tile, aqua white mini pebble, and updated the system so we could control everything from our phones. Mike was very professional, stuck to a quick timeline (took less than 4 weeks!) and was informative and easy to reach. Would absolutely use them again!

Paul’s Pool Magic did an awesome job remodeling our pool. Our pool/plaster was cracking due to being over 30 years old. We painted it probably 20 years ago to make it look better for the time being so it was way overdue. I also had some broken plumbing issues that they repaired to make my pool run like new. They explained in great detail what the entire process would be and answered all of my questions throughout the construction. I could not be more pleased with the great job that they did!! They were all very professional, tidy, friendly and very reasonably priced.

Mike was very professional and pleasant. Found my problem very quickly and solved it. Labeled all my plumbing and gave me a quick tutorial on how everything works. I wish I had called sooner! I will definitely use Paul's Pool Magic for any pool repairs in the future. Highly recommended!

Paul’s pool magic is a fantastic operation, I have had them as my pool service for 7 years. They are extremely professional and responsive. Example of this is my heater went out two days before a big party and I called them and they jumped through hoops to make it happen the next day. Nichol is very courteous and drove out herself to get the heater for my install. Mike is one of the sharpest pool technical minds I have had work on my pool. Great experience and great value. If you are looking for a pool service look no further.

We’ve been using Paul’s Pool Magic since December 2021 to clean and maintain our pool. They do a very good job, are well organized, and efficient meeting our needs. This past month we had them demo the pool, apply a new coating, modify the spillway, tile, and upgrade the pool equipment. We are extremely happy with the results! The estimated time from start to finish was exactly what we were told would happen. Mike’s attention to detail was also much appreciated. He was at the house daily to check on the progress and keep us up to date. I would highly recommend Paul’s Pool Magic for any general maintenance to a complete overhaul. Anything I’ve needed done they were able to accomplish.

I had a few concerns that my newly built pool was leaking. After much research I called Paul’s Pool Magic and spoke to Nicole. She was very pleasant and helped me schedule my appointment.
The day of my appointment Mike came out and thoroughly inspected and pressure tested my pipelines. I had so many questions and all where answered. Not once did I feel rushed and Mike even went out of his way as to check other settings in my pool and educated me on how to properly set my spa on. I am very happy that I called Paul’s Pool Magic and would definitely recommend to others in the area. I was lucky only minor repairs will be needed and definitely got the peace of mind I needed.

Your search for pool service ends with Paul’s Pool Magic! I don’t have the character space to say all the good things I’d like to say about this company! I had a tenant occupied property that I needed to prepare to sell. The pool needed so much work as the algae was starting to take over and it was literally green. This business was recommended to me by my amazing agent. They’re not called Paul’s Pool Magic for nothing! My pool was like night and day! To top it off, I got a service report via email that gave all my pool specs, which was a nice surprise. Top of the line customer service, Nicole is an absolute pleasure to speak with, great work, literal magic. Nursing my pool back to perfection was a bit pricey but it was so worth it to have someone so reliable and professional in my corner and I’d do it again in a heartbeat. If I ever own another property with a pool, there’s no question about who I’ll be calling for pool service! Paul’s Pool Magic! Call them!
