Acres of plants and plenty of people to help you. Went in to a few things they were very efficient and answers were clear , to the point and very informative. Very happy. Only complaint would be parking is limited but there is parking across the street, so no big deal just a few extra steps.

Hard working staff, they help you with choosing the right stuff for your garden projects. large yard lots different large trees, shrubs, succulents, roses , ground cover plants, vines , fruits, rocks, multch, soils etc ... Plenty more stuff and they also deliver if you wanna get alot of material, although a pick-up truck is fine since it's open to the public . They got machinery to load up trees so it's no problem if you wanna take a decent size tree.

These guys are a wreck. I called looking for a specific tree, which they reported to have. I drove across town to buy it, and was told that, no, the tree I wanted was at their other location on La Sierra, about a mile from where I was when I had called.
So I opened up Google Maps to look for the location on La Sierra, but it doesn't exist on the map. So I went back in to get directions/ address, and they pulled out a handy, pre-printed, laminated map to look at, which they easily could have given me at first. After studying the map, I observed that the La Sierra location is not in fact on La Sierra, but is instead on Campbell. Which they didn't tell me.
So I programmed in the address, and crossed town again, only to find a locked gate and no one around. The place looked closed. After wandering around for 20 minutes, and figuring out that the gate was not actually locked, I found a worker, who informed me that the tree I wanted was at ANOTHER location over off of a different street (Norwood). So I followed him on a quarter-mile walk to the other site, where he escorted me to the tree I had requested... only to find that it was a DWARF version of the tree. They had no standard-size trees in the variety that I had requested.
So after driving across town twice, and wasting 2 hours trying to get what I wanted, they didn't have the thing they told me that they had.
The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because the worker who helped me locate the (wrong) tree was helpful and sympathetic, noting that the guys at the Dufferin location often misstate their stock, don't verify availability, and don't give clear directions to customers. So while it didn't help me at all, at least he understood my situation.
This could all have been avoided with some very minimal customer service effort on their part, saving me hours of wasted time, and a lot of driving. But they don't seem to really care about their customers, so I won't be back. I recommend to you that if you want something from them, be very specific with them about exactly what it is that you want, and make sure you ask where you should expect to find it. Otherwise you may end up on the same wild goose chase that I experienced.
Consider yourself warned.
